I loved how the condo was put together and felt really homey. The studio is stalked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Everything you need to cook. You only have to worry about the food. Super clean and cozy. Cable TV, wifi, desk, storage, small fan, etc. Provided plenty of bedding. Plenty of sleeping space. Couch pull out bed was comfortable! Cute loft! Perfect for couple or Couple with 2 maybe 3 kids. Location was great and close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, sunriver trails, etc.! Number lock was convenient and easy to use! Loved the little porch/balcony. Super cute and cozy! Nice little home away from home.

Didn't like that check in was at 4pm and check out by 10am. I feel like we got ripped off a day that we had paid for. I feel that if check in is so late, then check out should at least be at noon. Also, when I tried to email and contact them to make arrangement for an earlier check in time, I only received automated responses. No real help or customer service. Beds provided in loft were hard and uncomfortable. No A/C for hot summer days. Had to book swimming pool and hot tub ahead of time and could only get in once as it was completely booked.

The instructions were not specific enough on how to enter the unit. It was dark with no lights in the outside hallway, so we could not see at all. Ended up having to call Vacasa to get help.

It was mediocre at best. It was just a place to sleep nothing more.

The futon mattresses set on the floor of the ceiling to the kitchen and bathroom were very uncomfortable and awkward to get into. There were cob Webb's and bugs in the corners of the ceiling in fact it was rather dusty in general. The top of the shower was disgusting. For the 88 dollars per night cleaning fee I was very disappointed Why am I paying extra tax and cleaning fees to stay at a place this dirty. Does anyone actually clean these properties.
