Location fabulous, style very cute. Most of the staff very friendly. Reliable Wi-Fi, speedy service
The rooftop bar is one of its selling points but in fact it isn’t part of the hotel and is only open some days and not before 4pm, so there is no free outdoor space. Also no fridge in room and no facility to store anything elsewhere. A lot is automated but there were so many different managers over the three days- vast majority very helpful but there was the odd exception. Free croissants & fruit inconsistent

Absolute GEM! Beautiful decor, so well executed, great toiletries, comfy bed, great roof top bar, friendly staff. Extremely good value for Miami.
No complaints at all.

The service from the staff was excellent.
The room and the common areas were clean and decorated to create the right ambiance for the area.

Pros
Front desk agents very polite and helpful, especially agent who worked on 01/14, very attentive, sorry did not catch his name.
Rooms very clean, HSKP does great job. Hotel itself very authentic and has a lot of small cute details. Also, they do set up coffee and croissants at the lobby, did not have a chance to try, but looked nice. Best part for me was self check in process and paperless check out, also, you can tip HSKP from your credit card. Very convenient. I went to check a terrace which is located on the roof, open air, cozy and great view, especially at the night time.
Cons
Here we go, I ordered a burger, please, do not order it at all. Burger was served in a baguette bread, it was weird. French fries were shredded in to tiny little pieces. It was not edible at all. F&B manager needs to try that burger and, hopefully will change menu. Since, I was still hungry, I ordered to go cheese pancakes 😂 omg, do not ever do it. It went to trash right away. Also, they did not put utensils to go, maybe they were so busy when they had only two guests at the bar. After all this experience, they added 20% tip 😂 so I went to sleep hungry but paid almost $80 for nothing.
That night only the bartender saved me right with a good cocktail.
Please note if you are light sleeper, you will hear all noise coming from the lobby. Very thin walls, feels like you are sharing room with your neighbors.

The cozy atmosphere, polite and very courteous staff.
Lovely room...clean.
Our flight was until 6:30 pm....check in at airport was around 3pm but unfortunately hotel check out is at 11am....however we were grateful that they granted us until 1pm.
There should be a checkout at 12 instead of 11am.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The staff are classy. They wear coat and tie and are polite.
Very rough neighborhood. Overpriced for small room which you can’t walk around in.

Beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy quilts and pillows like clouds. Room was nice. Area is central. Cheaper to go out and get coffee than if you were staying downtown or in South Beach etc.
The area is unusual for such a hotel. It’s quite a rundown looking area but this didn’t cause us any problems, the local people were quite friendly. Got woken up by roosters early every morning which is both annoying but adds to the atmosphere.

The hotel is gorgeous! Really nice decoration, nice music and always smells so clean and sweet. Really love the rooftop and the workers during the check in and out were so gentle with us and gave us a lot of information about the area, restaurants and transports.
Not breakfast

appart from the location, nothing.
it was way overpriced for a basic room that had the same amenities as a motel minus the Le Labo shower gel. The room was very small, cleaning service is on demand so if you forget, your room is not made. Staff was very lazy. The location praises its rooftop… great but minimum spend if 100$ 😳
Final, no breakfast, no room service and no mini bar.

The inside lobby was very nice! Smelled good and very colorful..
I never got to stay at the property!! I came in 3 times to check on my reservation and my room was not available even at 3pm. We were so exhausted we found another hotel and I called your property at 6pm and was told I didn't have a reservation!! I told them who I spoke with then they mysteriously found the reservation and said the room was ready! 6pm!! 3 hours after check in. The area seems pretty scary looking but it was quiet for the few times I drove there to check on my reservations. If you stay here PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOU SHOW UP!!

it could have been in such a better location close to all the action in little Havana but it just wasn’t
the rooftop which was one of the main reasons we booked the property was under renovation but nobody reached out to inform us so virtually no area to spend with outside of the hotel room

Location was excellent, very close to Little Havana (within 10min walk) but in a quieter part of town.
The staff were very friendly and amenable.
Bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was excellent.
As the “Terras” restaurant was due to be renovated the sister restaurants recommended were a long way from the hotel (South beach).
Although, the room is listed as “Cozy” the room was very small - although incredibly comfortable.
The one thing I can say would make this stay go from good to great is black out blinds/curtains. The current blinds let too much light in.

Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great TV. Hotel is very beautiful inside. Very near Calle 8, you could walk everywhere within little havana.
Room got very hot around 8am with the sun and you had no choice but to turn AC on, but AC was too strong and too loud. So basically just leave the room when sun rises.

slightly extended walking distance to little Havanna. very well styled hotel, up to date
low staff concept, there was not really a reception, room cleaning only on request

cute loved the roof top bar
it was noisy. we had a room on the 1st floor and could hear the music from the bar until it closed. then we heard our neighbors ordering room service at 0130.

The staff were fantastic and the rooftop bar was exceptional. We also really really enjoyed the food.
Happy hour was a welcome bonus.
The room was small, which is fine; we had everything we needed. But, the bedframe protruded out further than the mattress, creating some serious trip hazards on the corners and pinch points when moving around the room / getting out of bed to go to the bathroom in the night. I nearly hit my shins multiple times on the bedframe. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bed was comfortable.
Very small room. Kept stubbing feet and shin on furniture because space is so tight. Horrible trying to find parking and was told parking in back lot is $15 on Friday and Saturday. Loud music until early morning. Hotel is pumped with some type of air freshener that is rough on allergies. Booked 4 nights and had to fight to get that reduces to 2 nights without penalty fees. Tried to cancel within minutes of waking in but couldn't.
No iron, no fridge, no coffee maker.
