A única parte boa é a localização, a cama é razoável

O quarto em nada se lembra com as fotos, escadaria para subir, quarto extremamente sujo, paredes manchadas, banheiro imundo e apertado, chuveiro poderia ser melhor, tv não funcionava, quarto escuro sem janelas.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, lots of restaurants and stores closeby, even late in the evening it's easy to eat delicious. The staff is very helpful and competent : I had a problem and the lady at the reception swiftly resolved it! Breakfast is simple but very tasty ; the staff friendly and helpful. The shower was the best I ever experienced in Brazil: high water pressure resulting in a strong jet, refreshing and relaxing in the sweltering heat of Palmas.

Airconditioning had to work hard to keep the room cool enough and needed replacing or maintenance. The air-conditioning unit next door made a loud rattling noise. The hotel needs an overhaul in the near future. There was an empty fridge in the reception hall : no drinks were available for sale.
