it was a nice stay as always

e stay here a coupe times a year and it is great no issues

good to have food in there m morning without going out first thing of the day if your vacationing

It was a pleasant stay overall but I don't like having limited access to TV channels.

The free breakfast is a nice perk and I liked the the friendly staff.

What I didn't like was some of my favorite news sources and programs were not accessible.

As relaxing a stay as visiting the family.

EVERYONE on staff was friendly, even the maintenance man vacuuming the front door mat. The breakfast staff were really great. Good full buffet and never low on anything. Constant rain and cold out, but clean and warm indoors. Very well run hotel. Check in - under 3 minutes. Lots of great dining options all within 3 miles. ** If you are there for an event at LA TECH, you are three turns and 2.5 miles away and already on the correct side of I-20.

Book Sleep Inn if it’s available, it’s a better choice for sure!

The location is near the Ruston Sports Complex which was great for us! The Mexican restaurant next door has great food!

The property needs a major update! The shower did not drain, most of the light switches are broken and you had to really work to turn the lights on or off. The outlets for the phone chargers is really lose so they wouldn’t stay charged. You have to go underneath the table to find the main outlet to plug in there. The beds were fine and comfortable. Our volleyball team stayed here and they all had the same complaints so the rooms all need an update. The breakfast is decent but not great.

The front desk say this location always go above and beyond.

My only concern are the beds are to hard at this location

Loved the location and nice staff.

Rooms should be dusted better and staff should do a better job at checking the bedding items. One our pillows and the pillow case should have been changed out.

This hotel has updated design and has potential to be a great hotel but it has not need well kept. I will not stay there

location. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk and the breakfast area were very personable and polite.

My bathroom had evidence of its last guest. hair😩. Walls in hallway are dirty where hands have touched and stained them. there was no couch or chair in my room. Only a stool to sit on.

All employees with the exception of the front desk when I checked out where very friendly. The young lady seemed to be having a bad day.

Other than the tissue and shower issues our stay was pleasant.

I didn’t eat breakfast

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have toilet tissue and when my husband called the front desk they told us to come and get it instead of bringing some up. Also the tub held water instead of draining out while we were showering.

The first impression downstairs was nice but the room’s first impression failed.

I thought the layout of the room was cute, had a small living room set up with a bedroom area attached. The front lobby was clean and inviting.

The lack of cleaning inside the rooms. I have blonde hair and their was black matted hair on the shower wall. the shower floor was so slimy, I wore sandals inside of it because it felt so gross. There were random clumps of dark hair all over the bed/ pillows. There was also one day when I came home after room service was going down the hall and my hotel room was left open, that makes me feel unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler.
