if you have a car or don’t mind using a taxi once in a while the location great: in front of the sea, in a quiet village, 20 minutes from Dubrovnik. our suite was very nice, with a great balcony where we could cook and have a drink with a great view nice owner that will give you good tips

missing a rack to dry clothes and maybe a vacuum cleaner, since there isn’t daily cleaning, long stays can get dirty

The accommodation is wonderful, the host Maja is wonderful. In the accommodation, you have everything you need, even much more than expected. The location is too good. We highly recommend this place.

This place was so dreamy! the waterside property felt magical with beautiful gardens and very nice place to stay. I usually don’t like to hang out at the hotel but this place made lounging enjoyable and restful.

everything was absolutely amazing about this place. it was my first 10 out of 10 in using booking for the past 10 years. the accommodation was really comfortable, spotless in terms of cleaning and decoration and located really close to Dubrovnik in a really nice village with a stunning view to the sea. couldn’t recommend more. the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. if you are around this areas you should come here :)

Best and warm Host. Very friendly and always ready to help. Ample size and clean rooms. Awesome location by the sea. Just swim and relax. Great view from the Window. Lot of boat rides options with pickup directly infornt of the house.

Wonderfull apartment, confortable, well decorated and very clean. It is perfectly located, in a quiet village by the sea and at 15min from the beautiful city of Dubrownik. The breakfast was generous and excellent. Our host was very kind and available during our stay. We totally recommend it!!

This was our second time in this wonderful place. I will mention that this was the first time we decided to go somewhere a second time. The vacation was wonderful, the lovely hostess Maja made our stay even more special. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. You will fall in love with it at first sight, and when it's time to leave you will only think when you can come back there.

Maja is a very good host - she met us with all hospitality and upgraded our room for free because of low season. The room was great. Very comfortable bed. Everything is clean. Sea view.

Zaton is a very beautiful small coastal town, very charming. Dubrovnik is close by, so very convenient to stay here if you have a car and plan on visiting the capital - you have the peace and quite of a small town, but you are very close to Dubrovnik. The hotel is in a nice, traditional small house by the bay, amazing views from the room. The owner is a very communicative, nice lady, gave us a lot of useful tips. She also cooked us breakfast from eggs and vegetables from her garden. Also there are two restaurants just 1 minute away.

The owner Maja takes her guest's comfort very seriously and will go the extra mile to make sure you got everything you need. She is very helpful and an excellent communicator. The house is well looked after, is very clean and is a few steps away from the waterline where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast/drink/snooze with a view.

Beautiful, peaceful town with a wonderful Host.

What a stunning view! Located in the small bay of Mali Zaton, directly at the sea, 10 minutes drive from the Old City of Dubrovnik, it is a perfect place for a quite and peaceful holiday. If you want to explore the coast and the near islands, this is a great a starting point. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, absolutely clean tidy and spacious. The apartments have an own jetty, like a mole in front of the house, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, have a swim, or just relax on the sunbeds. The host, Maja, is very friendly, polite, helpful, such a warm person, with a smile on her face 24/7, great energy. She herself prepares the breakfast, you can get whatever you want. My tip: check out the Vala konoba (tavern), only 50m from the apartment. Amazing food!

Wifi was not to good

Maja is a great hostess, we really liked it there. The apartments are new, tastefully decorated. On the sea shore there are armchairs, deck chairs and a large sofa, ideal for morning and evening relaxation. Breakfast was excellent, organic products are from their own garden. Maja always advised us about trips, beaches, parking. SUPER !!! I WARMLY RECOMMEND.

We enjoyed staying in Zaton very much, a quiet little town only a short drive away from Dubrovnik. The apartment is great and has a big balcony with a nice view. The terrace by the water is very nice. The breakfast prepared by Maja and her staff is amazing!!! A special thank you to Maja, she’s a great host, she’s always available and has great tips for Dubrovnik and the Zaton area. We definitely recommend booking with her.

Everything! It was one of the best place we’ve been to. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality of our host Maja. We felt completely at home. The communication before we visited was also very fast and helpful. The place was absolutely clean and it looked new. We loved the breakfast (everything one could wish for including homemade jam, grilled vegetables from the own garden, Joghurt with fruit, choice of eggs). The place is close to Dubrovnik. We went there by car (approximately 20 minutes), there seems to be a bus connection as well. Maja gave us helpful tips about we’re to park. And of course we loved the location directly at the sea and the possibility to take a swim.

If you can tell a beautiful holiday story, it's about ours! An incredible adventure to a new country for us - Croatia. My wife and I are happy that we spent 7 unforgettable days in this apartment. A clean room, tasteful interior, an incredible view of the sea from our window, and most importantly, incredibly sincere, kind, who knows the most beautiful places in Croatia, who creates the most delicious breakfasts, this is Mistress Maja We thank her from the heart and from her heart, because now she is forever in our heart.

- Maja is an excellent host, very open and helpful, she helped us with everything we asked - Homemade breakfast was super tasty! - Zaton bay is a good place for walking/running - Good location to travel to neighbouring attractions/cities

- Zaton bay is quite small and surrounded by the main road D8, so from time to time you can hear the road traffic noise, but it's not very annoying

The lady is so lovely ! Happy place! The terrace oN the water is best. Super marked close. Restaurant next door. All perfect!

Maya and Petra looked after us very well. We have arrived early and still got everything ready and welcoming. The breakfast was every day freshly prepared, with a big heart and smile. Allways been recommended with tips, and ideas to spend the time to the most, the place is clean comfortable. the area also nice, good restaurants, good places for swim,or short drive to Dubrovnik. We hope to come back again, becasue its a place called ,,home,, thank you.

The host is really lovely person. Room is cozy, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and you can enjoy it outside with amazing view to the sea. The house is 10m from the sea and you can use sunbathing chairs and jump into water. No need to visit the beach. If you can with rental car, then parking on the street is for free.

There is nothing to complain about :) the boat rental nearby was closed unfortunately, therefore you should check and book early if you are interested in renting a boat.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly crew. Super breakfast. Fantastic and hygienic rooms. We definitely will go back.
