The air conditioner is too noisy and there is no way to adjust the temperature
You can check in at two o'clock, but it hasn't been cleaned at all
We have a lot of luggage and hope to live on the 1st floor, but they told us that the 1st floor is full. When we looked at the 1st floor, it was obviously empty.
The room does not even have a bottle of water in the public area, nor does it provide boiled water

the place was not clean for the money charged. There some issue with the booking. even though we were 3 family member, booking.com allowed to book single twin-bed room.
on the last night when we came back from Disneyland to hotel room the key didn’t work including master key. it took half an hour for the staff to figure out how to open the door

Good location, close to Disneyland
Floors so dirty they turned my socks black. Room tiny. Pretty sure they sold my email address. They asked for my email address and shortly thereafter, I started receiving vast amounts of spam emails.

It was very close walking distance to Disneyland and a 15 to 20 min drive to Knotts Berry Farm
It was not very clean, the bed was so hard. It was more like a motel rather than a hotel.

The bathroom was really gross 🤮. Cabinet was dirty and missing it’s hardware. Wall paint was peeling, and bathtub was stained with brown dirt.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The room was clean. Prices were very good and the property seemed well looked after. The staff was very courteous and friendly and seem to care about the guest experience. The free coffee in the lobby was actually pretty good as well. I did not have a vehicle, but there was plenty of parking in the parking lot and it was well lit. This property did not feel unsafe at all. I would recommend this hotel to others if they are on a budget or just want a decent place to stay. I would also stay there again.

The location was conveniently right across the street from Disneyland. The staff and great and very attentive.
There's nothing I did not like from my stay here. Would definitely be back again.

Bed was hard. AC was not on when we arrived. Thankfully it cooled quickly while we grabbed a bite to eat.

I liked how close this motel was to the parks and the front desk people where very nice.
I didn't like that they where renovating rooms while we where there and the hall lights are way too bright.

Great location to Disneyland., the staff is very nice. They were very accommodating to my need of a downstairs unit! The bed was very comfortable.
The fridge wasn't very cold and thr freezer part wasnt cold at all. I had stuff for thr next day and it was hard to keep the stuff cold or my ice packs frozen and we aren't aloud to take ice into disneyland..
Would have been nice to have more pillows.

Restaurants were walking distance to the hotel. Disneyland was about 5 minutes away driving.
