Rooms are big

Booking.com advertises Kololo Courts as a hotel with a gym (with photo included). However there is no gym to speak of in the hotel. Since I have picked the hotel specifically for their gym I informed the hotel that I was going to move out of the hotel, except the hotel had promptly charged my card for the entire stay and staff informed me I could not be refunded. Room service was not provided on the first day. Access to the main restaurant was locked with a chain and I had to access it via the kitchen. Breakfasts is only available from 7.30 am and it took on average 20 to 30 minutes for the hotel to serve toasts and scrambled eggs. Menu mostly caters to a Chinese clientele; nothing wrong with this, but it should be specified in the Hotel description. Despite having waited for more than one hour (and having sent a colleague hours later) I did not manage to obtain a receipt for my stay at the hotel at check out as staff kept telling me the person in charge of preparing receipts was unavailable.
