Séjour désagréable, sdb catastrophique !

Excellent séjour !

Super petit déjeuner varié, copieux! Accueil très sympathique, à recommander…. L’idéal serait qu’ils acceptent les petits chiens mais bon…

A most enjoyable stay near the centre of Aix les Bains.

Very good central location, opposite the park, and within walking distance from the station. Breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed an evening meal. The staff were very helpful and able to communicate in English.

I would have liked a kettle in our bedroom.

A value for money hotel in a great location with signs of ongoing renovation. I hope they do enough.

Friendly welcome and staff throughout. A budget hotel in a great location with hints of a more prosperous past. Someone is working hard with renovation to improve this hotel. Don't be put off by this review. Its good value for Aix.

Bathroom a little tired. there is no place for remedial silicon in a hotel.

lovely location overlooking the park fabulous roof terrace with mountain views charming old hotel with reading room friendly staff reasonable breakfast well thought out bedroom

the shower was a challenge, it was easier to hand hold quite thin walls so a little noisy

quite annoying

I got to sleep under a roof

the guy acts like it’s the Hilton. got mad I brought my clean bike inside ..tried to argue that the stains on the carpet were from bikes ..when shoes also bring dirt into hotels ? and had to argue about keeping my bike in the room because the only place to keep it I couldn’t access early in the morning to leave when I needed too. only after 7pm , finally got them to agree to let me keep the bike in the room and what a shock , without issue. idk who the previews reviews were referring too but that was not my experience. place was kinda creepy and outdated , but then again so was the entire town.

The staff were both great. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's near a nice park and near the station. Downstairs, the communal areas were pleasant.

The room, arrrg. A brown faded worn, sad blast from 1955. Door lock broken given the feel of someone having died in the bed and eventually someone noticed and smashed the door in. Hearing every fart, toilet event, and snore of my neighbour, all night, saddened my heart.

Good

This is a family run hotel. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel's location in the city center is fantastic.

This is an older hotel and the bathroom in our room needed to be updated and refreshed. There is no air conditioning and we found the location to be a bit noisey due to traffic if you like to sleep with the window open. The Internet was weak.

We would stay there again.

Between 8 and 9 score, in fact. Very well located, right next to the city centre (pedestrian part), but still possible to park in front of it with a little luck. Very obliging owner. Clean and comfortable place.

Poor wi-fi, did not work on the 3rd floor and we needed to go down to the reception to use it. Luckily, there were good armchairs.
