Nestled in South West Rocks, this lovely house for $186 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Susie's features include a large covered deck with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxation. . There is a large reverse cycle airconditioner in the centrally located loungeroom, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully fenced lawn and garden, off-street parking and a lock-up garage. The lounge room has a large LED smart TV. NBN50 wifi is provided. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a 53cm smart tv. The second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bathroom, with bath/shower and separate toilet, is situated in an area shared with the laundry which is attached to the rear of the house. It is accessed by stepping outside the back door of the house for 2 metres to enter the laundry. To get you started on your holiday we provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and pantry basics; dishwashing and laundry detergent; toilet paper. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is also provided. Tea towels, hand towel and bath mat are provided for guests. THINGS TO NOTE: Please discuss with owner before booking if intending to bring a boat. It is a non-smoking house and guests are requested not to smoke indoors. Pets are not permitted to stay at the house, inside or outside. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels or they may be hired from the local linen service. When hired, the linens will be at the house on your arrival. Potential for noise - The house situated on Gregory Street, the main access road to the town, shops and the beaches. Accessibility - There is a flight of 14 steps to the front entrance, which is on the covered deck. The rear entrance and laundry have one step to enter each area. Local Attractions - There are a nmber of beautiful beaches nearby. Nearest to the house is unpatrolled Back Beach which is popular for fishing and walking. Access to the beach is across a long, newly built footbridge crossing Back Creek. Back Creek is more of an inlet with wide sandflats and it is suitable for swimming, fishing and water craft use. Horeshoe Bay and Main Beach are a 500 metre walk from the house. A major local attraction is Trial Bay Gaol which was built in the 1880s. At the gaol you can explore the gaol and also dine at the cafe there which overlooks Trial Bay. Other popular activities in and around South West Rocks include walking on coastal tracks in the National Park, diving, fishing and golfing. It is also worth a visit to Smoky Cape lighthouse which is located on a headland overlooking the ocean. Those feeling like exercise can walk up the path to the lighthouse. Tours inside the lighthouse are also available at specific times and days. Gladstone is 20 minutes away on the banks of the Manning River with galleries, interesting shops and cafes. Location - Approximately 455 km north of Sydney, South West Rocks is one of the most attractive towns on the Mid North Coast, approximately a 5 hour drive from Sydney, or 25 minutes from Kempsey. The main town is located right at the beach with fantastic views up and down the coast.

Extremely clean. They had everything you could need. From kitchen to bathroom. We brought all our own cleaning and bathroom products, but this was supplied if you hadn’t had the chance to grab any of the essentials. They even supplied plastic cups,plates and cutlery for little ones. Close to everything. It was a little hot at times with out aircon.

Beds are very comfortable, house is well equipped and comfortable. Would be great if it had Airconditioning also the step at the back door is a big step down and and big step up into the laundry, but that was noted before booking. The neighbours are a bit noisy but I would still stay here again.

Stay was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults. Weather was average so a nice big common area and great lounge came in handy. Nice easy walk into main eating and shopping area of SWR. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay in this well equipped and comfortable home. Close to everything, clean and fresh. Communicating with hosts was efficient and easy. The drive and front was quite wet and boggy -however everywhere is atm. Parking on the street wasn’t a problem. Thankyou for allowing us to modify and come a day early with no fuss. Cheers Lucinda

The property was very clean and well resourced - they had thought of everything you might need for a short term stay. I was very glad to see the heaters, especially since the weather was so cold and wet. The position of the property was close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and will try to book it again myself.

It was a nice comfortable stay, beds were comfortable. Owners should invest in a new driveway though, it was a little messy after all the wet weather.

The property was charming, as well as very clean and comfortable with lots of space to just relax and enjoy. The pantry was well stocked with extras. The property was only a short walk to all 3 local beaches as well as a couple of great cafes for breakfast.

Great location and quick access to Back Creek, the beach or shops. The walk to the pub is just long enough to earn that first beer! House is really well maintained and accommodates our family of five perfectly. January 2023 will be our third year in a row staying there so it's a YES from me!

Centrally located and within easy walking distance to the creek, beaches, shops and eateries. A little traffic noise during the day but quiet when it’s needed. Very spacious, well equipped and clean property. Super comfortable beds and lounge room furniture. All in all a very pleasant stay. Will return to Susie’s in the future!

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were very impressed with the presentation of the home which is conveniently located close to shops and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the required utensils and amazingly the BBQ had gas, was clean and easy to ignite, which has not always been our experience with holiday rentals on the Mid-North Coast. Being able to secure our vehicle off-street was another bonus. We would certainly stay at Susie's Beach House again in the future.

Property was very clean and had everything there one required so we were very happy. As I am over 75 the stairs were a little hard to negotiate with a suitcase and didn't try to put car in garage as not much room. Overally was great.
