Lorna, the host, was wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were spotless and there was parking off-street. Beautiful home with lovely gardens close to city center.
Nothing! Would have loved a fan since we were there in July and it was quite muggy.

Our room was immaculate and the location convenient in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of central downtown. Lorna prepared tasty breakfasts and provides a quiet place to relax and enjoy Inverness.

The location of the house was optimal, easy to access not far from the places we visited with our car and close to the town centre by foot. The room was very quiet and clean. Our host, Lorna, was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious.
We highly recommend.

The hostess is very warm-hearted and really puts her guests first. We could do an early check-in without any problems, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Exceptional host, could not do any more for you, room and en-suite spotless. Great location for all amenities. Nice quiet area, great sleep, really good bed and breakfast. Bed perfect not to hard or soft.

My partner and I stayed at Arisaig for the Loch Ness Marathon. I booked there as spa hotels were all extortionate but I wanted a bath after the run - which was so great! The morning of the marathon the owner put breakfast on an hour earlier than normal so we would have something to eat before the run. The guest house is comfy, feels personal, and so clean. I was so impressed with the service given and the warm welcome.
