Плохая шумоизоляция: разговоры людей в коридоре и шум машин на трассе (при закрытом окне) слышно будто они рядом в номере.
«Уставший» матрац и супер плоская подушка.
От границы КПП Грушев до отеля ведет совершенно разбитая дорога.

Постіль в чоловічому махлатинні, враження наче навіть не розгладили руками, як спала людина так і накрили простинь покривалом. Холоднезна вода! Збігала 5 хв і все рівно холодна

The staff played music at 6 o’clock in the morning. Swimming pool closed. Breakfast a bit poor.

First I would like to say I have stayed at well over 1000 hotels all over the world and the young lady working the front desk/hostess (Mariana) was the most welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional I have ever seen. Next I can't tell you enough about the breakfast and dinner. They were so good, I al.ost asked for the recipe and I don't even cook. Very awesome staff, very nice facilities and clean. Parking was simple and wide open. I wish all my stays were this easy.
Nothing bad to say at all! Typical wonderful Ukrainian people.

The loud music two nights in a row. Devastating condition of the swimming pool changing rooms. Cold shower. Broken bed.
