Peaceful countryside B&B

Lovely host who is passionate about sharing Corte and Corsica. Delicious dinner of Corsican dishes on our last night there. The location is right in their working farm surrounded by grazing pigs and cattle with easy access to amazing hikes, swims, and easy drive to downtown Corte. Being able to get served breakfast to our room the night before getting up early for a day hike to the GR20 and Lac de Capitello was very appreciated.

It's on a working farm, so it should be expected to be a little rustic. For us, it was quiet and peaceful with great views of the mountains and had everything we wanted.

Warm welcome, great stay (and dinner)

We felt really welcome and had a great time. We really liked the animals near us. Lovely hostess! And also great dinner! Location, close to Corte, is great (like 8 min by car). Clean accomodation. Thanks!

Did not meet my expectation's

Very nice host. Very helpful and smiling.

The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and the air in the room was very stuffy, because there was no ventilation. The ventilation system in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast was fine, but it would have been great, if the host would give a few pieces of their homemade charcuterie. It might even help them sell more, when guests get to try it.

A rather basic B and B the owner says she is a farmer not a hotelier

A rather simple/basic B and B on a working farm. Comfortable but plain large room. often smelly shower room. No other facilities for tea/coffee making and no fridge. Helpful owner leant a kettle and put lunch food in her fridge. Very simple perfunctory breakfast expected to pay extra for cheese 6€ and farm ham 8€. Room ‘terrace’ was chairs and table on the path around the annexe but good views of animals and mountains. Other area to sit by fenced off pool. Convenient for great hiking, mountain railway Calvi-Ajaccio. 10 mins drive to Corte the only place for restaurants and bars. Dinner at the farm 32€ each if 48 hours notice given, didn’t try as a lot cheaper in Corte. 1 hour and half to Calvi airport.

No inside sitting area apart from on the bed in bedroom after 10am to until 4-7pm as outside that time the only area to go ..the breakfast cafeteria used by the farmers too and as their office was locked up. No ordinary plain ‘English Breakfast’ tea!

An overpromise

there is a nice mountain view and the room is large

there was no restaurant as advertised which meant we had to drive in the dark to dinner each night. also no tea, coffee or kettle provided in the rooms. breakfast was very poor quality - fruit shrivelled up and no tastings of the farm products included which would make it much nicer. they also had big tour groups coming through for a talk and tasting of their charcuterie during breakfast who were very noisy we had no housekeeping the first day. we only had this when we requested clean towels. the room also smelt really strongly of bleach. overall the photos on the website are an over promise of the quality of the place

Fabulous! Great for our family

Our family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 9 to 12) had a great stay. The rooms were ver comfortable and air conditioning was appreciated. The kids loved the pool and seeing the animals. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped suggest things to do with kids, provided maps and made restaurant suggestions. This was all done with the help of a translation app! The included breakfast was fabulous as well- homemade pastries and yogurts were great! We would highly recommend!

Very friendly and nice rooms

The non conformist and very friendly welcome from the host. Perfect and big rooms with more than expected comfort. Spacious parking for the guests

The entrance is a little bit disappointing. You will have doubts if this would be the right adress when you arrive. The pool is not 100% clean.

Interesting farm stay

Farm experience. Place is quiet, easy parking, the owner is full of tips about the area, which was nice. It's a spartan stay, good for a couple of nights if you're exploring the area.

Breakfast is pretty basic compared with other places.

-Beds are uncomfortable -Breakfast is not like promised on the pictures. Very basic -The pool area is very small and not really welcoming - many flies because of the cows - the male owner is grim

Nice location and big rooms, New bathroom facilities. Nice pool. Very friendly staff.

Location is beautiful but a bit outside. The breakfast was ok but could have been better with more choices. Guests at the buffet did cough a lot but were not asked to were masks.

Peaceful place with lovely host

The hostess is very kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The B&B is on a very peaceful location with a lovely pool and animals around. Also the breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Authentic farm charm

The farm is comfortably located within a few kms from Corte and the beautiful Restonica valley. The owner was very welcoming. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed also big and comfortably. A small terraced sitting area offered direct access to the pool, which was perfectly refreshing. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the comfort of a restaurant on site, but unfortunately there weren’t enough dinner reservation requests from guests and therefore the restaurant stayed closed. But we bought some of their homemade products before we left and they were amazing. More reason why we regret not having been able to experience a dinner in their restaurant.

Unique farm-hotel experience with super friendly hosts

Nathalie and her family are very friendly and helpful hosts. The small hotel is also a farm with animals all around, which is very nice and unique. Homemade dishes can be enjoyed for dinner (reservation required).

Great surprise

Family owned. Bear in mind this is not a hotel but a b&b. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are -large-. You can have a dinner there and I highly recommend to eat there. Super products 100pct Corsica made.
