Anna was such a lovely host! Cotswold is dreamy as a location in itself, Pytts house made the stay even more beautiful. The furnishings are decor are superb, you really get the feel of a quaint English cottage.

Anna was very warm and welcoming. She made sure we felt at home. The place was beautiful, took us to 16th century England village. Can't wait to return again in spring.

Anna (the host of Pytts house) was amazing, a truly caring and lovely individual, who really added to our experience of visting cotswold. The house is beautiful, you can feel the joy and beauty walking around the house and the gardens, from the many small details you may miss if not paying attention, like cut snowdrop from garden in your room, to blankets placed by the bancony door to keep warm, Pytts house offers so much. I found myself marvelling over the beautifully decorated house. Anna was more than happy to help organising and picking champagne for the room, and booking restaurant for us, as a surprise. Anna's recommendions of places to eat and vist were brilliant, making the location easy and stress free from planing and Google searching of what to do. We will certainly be coming back in summer, it was much more than an ordinary b&b.

Everything is so beautiful. A gift from King Henry VIII to his suite. Nearly 500 years of construction. Very beautiful garden. The interior is so beautiful that there are no more adjectives. The owner, Ms Anna, is very hospitable and aesthetically minded. Breakfast met all our expectations. I am looking forward to the coming Christmas and beautiful summer and going to live again.

Anna is an incredible host, but I'm not the first person to say that. She definitely goes above and beyond and is clearly a character - a great British character. Charming, attentive, funny and interesting, her home is equally wonderful, filled with things to greet the eye wherever you look. A house that has definitely earned its place in myriad magazines and rightly so - she has a wonderful, fashionable eye for detail. Chandeliers, piles of books, comfy armchairs, decadent bedding, a balcony and... 5 dogs! Not that she'll let them all out at once, you may only meet 'Mr Tibbs', however, if you're a dog lover, do ask to meet the other four. I should also note that Anna sent me recommendations as to where to eat, made the booking for me, checked I was happy and even got up an hour or so early to make breakfast for my partner who - annoyingly - needed us to leave by 8am. I had to take my own bedding, as I'm allergic to feather, and she couldn't have been more mortified. The bed was made up beautifully [I am an allergic idiot]. I could have stayed all day and will definitely be back. Charming, somewhat eccentric, in a truly beautiful part of the world - what an absolute treat. Make the most of your money and lounge about as long as you can, take a bath, sit on the balcony, laze in bed, and daydream that you live there The only reason to leave is the pub food. Absolutely gorgeous property, lovingly preserved and repurposed.

We stayed 8 nights. Anna was very accommodating. Looked after us very well. Breakfast excellent. Booking restaurants for us, suggesting walks, tour advisor. Delightful to chat too. Creates a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Anna is an excellent host, kind, friendly, willing to help, the breakfast was amazing. Anna booked tables at restaurants for us so that we didn't have to worry. Nothing was too much trouble. Mr Tibbs our four legged friend is adorable and Pete and I will miss him. Thank you Anna so much, see you soon.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional. The parking can't be helped as it's an extremely old property that has been kept as it should be. I can't think of anything I would have changed. The rooms are spacious, filled with beautiful furniture, and ornaments. What's not to like?

Rating Pytts House on a scale of 10 is simply not possible. Everything about your stay is impressive - the house from 1575, the rooms, the decor, the yard, the delicious breakfasts...and most importantly Anna. She is just the most fabulous host.

Pytts House is a lovely old house decorated in the ower's (Anna's) unique style. We enjoyed a very relaxing couple of days and were made to feel extremely welcome. We will definitely return to Pytts House.

Anna, the host, is very enthousiastic, has a true interest in the well-being of her guests. She can give good advice which villages to visit in the lovely Cotswolds. We felt at home!

The property is gorgeous, like something out of a fairy tale. Our room was quiet; there were other guests in the house and a lot of activity in the town but when in our room we heard none of it. Anna (proprietor) herself is a gem. My wife also loved having access to the dogs on site. We have stayed at many B&Bs - this was the best!

We loved absolutely everything especially Anna and Mr Tibbs - the best hostesses we have ever met. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well planned out - the furniture is extremely romantic and beautiful also: the breakfast was absolutely delicious and very well thought out and prepared

We didn't like having to leave and will certainly be back
