Great location in centre of town, walking distance from train station, and to Poo beach. Liked the washing machine, and the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

It was a bit noisy at night with windows open, but hot with windows closed.

Location - bang in the middle of Llanes old town - is terrific. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are all just a short walk away. There's a lovely plaza just across the road.

The flat's decor is very tired: the black furniture and blue walls weren't to our taste. Some of the furniture looked very old. Facilities were quite basic (but mostly all there).

Great location. Charming “old world” feel. Jorge was very helpful when we arrived, helping us find parking and helping us with the wifi password. Wifi good once we figured out the password. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good place to stay in the heart of the old town area.

Musty smell in lobby. No kettle, no toaster, no corkscrew. Utensils could be upgraded. Parking was very tight - have/rent a small vehicle!

Lovely old apartment in the centre of Llanes.

They really should buy a few more glasses and mugs, get some sharp knives etc. Just a refresh of the kitchen stuff would make a difference.

Charming and comfortable.

We liked this accommodation very much. Its right in the centre of town, so it's within walking distance of everything, including the beach in Llanes. Jorge the owner was very helpful and friendly. The flat is in a lovely old building and was well equipped.

The long pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Would have liked two separate pillows.
