When I checked out, there were two ladies very kind. But when we checked in there was a white-aged man with white hair, he was so so rude.

There was no coffee and tea in the room. it is very poor.

The brekafast was pretty good

Overpriced, mixup at reception about our room bookings (we were a group of 8), staff trying to pretend that everything is fine instead of simply apologising, plenty of mosquitos at the pool, and very far to the city centre. No sauna, only jacuzzi and it's 10 euros to use it. Also you can't bring hotel towels to the pool or there is a 60 euro fine. Terribly large deposits asked at check-in - 500 euro per room. Overall would not recommend - can get the same deal or a better deal for much less elsewhere.

Basi and v clean central location. Check in was a bit of a fail initially but got sorted quickly and staff were apologetic. Breakfast was fabulous.

Modern, spacious, newly decorated, quiet hotel with fabulous pool and terrace. Good location close to the port.

Was surprised to be asked to pay 5 euro to use a pool towel. Not as security bond but just to use one.

Helpful staff, very clean, good location, on site parking.

Some road noise

We arrived early in the morning and hotel Mercure was so kind that we could park our car in their garage already. And also their swimming pool is so nice and welcome.

The room was spacious, clean, great bathroom the only thing that was not working was the minibar, so could not keep things cool.

Great hotel. Room over looked the pool area. Breakfast great. Staff helpful. A little away from city centre but a bus every 15 minutes to main area.

rooms were large and the bathroom had space to put out my toiletries. parking was there at the hotel and the pool area was nice

No fridge and no where to hang your towels to dry after a day at the beach or pool.
