Las camas son comodas

A la habitación le falta mantenimiento. Al personal del restaurante le falta buena atención, vieron que nos sentamos y si no pregunto porque observamos que no se acercaba aunque nos habia visto al sentarnos, le pregunté y me dijo que tenía que ir a pedir hasta su barra, y cuando iba a pagar con tarjeta simplemente me dijeron que solo aceptan efectivo y no avisan que no reciben tarjetas, lo bueno que me alcanzó el cambio porque no ví interés por facilitar nada para que pudiera pagar con otros medios, ni nota dan del total, el mismo prepara los alimentos y cocina por lo que la higiene después de cobrar no se cumple.

It was an average experience.

You get what you paid for. It’s everything what a hotel should have from location to room expectations. It’s just outdated

It was an average place, location is great. Close enough to Walk to ADO ( bus stop ) food places, oxxo and even a food court type of place ( parque de las palapas ) Customer service was so average specially people of quitana roo are so friendly and welcoming than the experience was below my expectations

We were there less than 24 hours but it was perfect for what we needed.

location was great - 8 minute walk to the ADO station and all the collectivos to Puerto Juarez (beach, ferries, etc). Lots of restaurants around, near the public square and activity there. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it). Rooms were clean and looked like they'd maybe been updated a bit.

The AC only had two speeds - off and full blast! Would have liked some moderation. The TV remote didn't seem to work (pushed the buttons but nothing happened - may have been an operator problem though:)). Main issue is the hotel doesn't have hotel-wide wifi. You have to go to the lobby - you can't get it in your room. That's obviously inconvenient if you want to work or watch a movie or something in your room.

Was good location and personel was kind, even with poor english.

Room was large, but bed was very small for two people. You could see the light thrue the door and we felt like anyone can enter the room.

The stuff was welcoming and helpful. The location was good and we liked the pool area.

The quality of the rooms was rather poor. No windows can be open, so the air was very heavy.

it was the worst experience we have ever had.

WiFi worked only in the lobby. We couldn’t get the room key. The breakfast was not included like it was advertised on the hotel’s webpage. it is impossible to live in the conditions the hotel offers.. We stayed one night, checked out, asked for refund, but we didn’t get it.

a sad scam

Unnacceptable wifi “connection”. Come on, it’s the 21st century…. No fridge on the room (it was not promised tho, but constantly 40 degrees outside, could have use a cold drink ora anything…) Insects in the smelly bathroom, I know “It is Mexico…” of course… EVERY single sheet /towel clean but stained There is a twenty year difference between the photos of the buildung/rooms and the current appearance.

Staff is welcoming and friendly! The Hotel is classic vibe and at a really great central ciudad location. It was nice that there was on sight parking (I didn't read into but it is limited availability) Realized you have to check in with the front desk mostly all times you need the gate opened, but it stays secure all night. AC in the room is nice too.

Breakfast can be $10-20 per person depending on how you like to start your day. No ice machine and bottled aguas can be purchased at the front desk for ₱30

The bed was comfortable and clean but for the money, I wouldn’t go back.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Pool area nice.

Shower floor stained. No deadbolt. Not a great area.

Poor wifi. Old furniture. Bathroom floor was dirty. Reception staff, rude No phone in the bedrooms.
