Nice, quiet location, good for reaching all the various beaches around.

The apartment has the following unacceptable omissions: 1. We paid for two rooms with one kingbed and two single beds, instead of that we got one room with a kingbed and another with a bunk bed for children, we did not pay that for 4 adults. 2. We paid for free toiletries, body soap, toilet paper etc... we only got one roll of toilet paper and we asked for another one, we got it but with a lesson from the house assistant about how they are not in obligation to give anything, just one toilet paper, so you need to buy toilet paper, shampoo, soap. In the description of the room, these things were free, but these things were not in bathroom or anywhere else in the apartment. We got smth for the washing hands but it was some liquid soap diluted with water, not soap at all! 3.There was no WI-FI in the apartment, we also paid for it but we didn't get it in our apartment, we had to go to the ground floor to catch Wi-Fi. We reported this problem but they did not bothered to solve it, just said to restart ruter of the Wi-fi in the entrance, but it was obvious that there are no any ruter in the entrance. 4. We couldn't sleep on the beds, it was so uncomfortable that we felt wood/material under the very thin matresses. I hope that the host will take the appeal in good faith and seriously, and do something to overcome the mentioned irregularities.

Good location and parking. Narrow road to the house. Apartments were perfectly clean. We got new cleaning cloth and sponge, clean towels and washing machine tablets on arrival. Kitchen well equipped, we have found everything needed. Rooms were comfortable with an air conditioner in the kitchen. Comfortable temperature can be reached. No moss, no wet walls, no smell. No exceptional noise from neighbors. Nets in the windows. Tap water had a good taste we drank it without problems. WiFi was working with only small breaks in the evening. We have appreciated the oven and large fridge. We were missing microwave a little. Comfortable sofa. So far our best apartment in Croatia. We liked the stay, we are considering booking it next year again.

Unfortunately the two apartments we had were showing wear. The upper apartment had very creaky and too soft double bed, all doors to balcony hard to open and mosquito net broken. The bunk bed was hard to climb - no rails around. Luckily there was a kid railing. The lower apartment had many wear issues. Terrace door got completely stuck many times, the cooking desk was able to run only one heater. Washing machine is missing one shower arm and does not wash. The towel rail in the bathroom is falling down. The sun umbrella (parasol) on the terrace is completely broken. Unfortunately we did not meet the land lady again to show her the problems directly. Be careful on the stairs, strange shape of the steps.

One big disappointment this year. First of all when we arrived, althrough we have been late, the appartment was not ready. It has not been cleaned. Doors were full of suncream stains (hopefully, maybe it was something else), kitchen was dirty, freezer was moldy, toilet seat was broken. We have complained, but they did not bother to do anything. We were on the beach whole days, so we did also not annoy them to do somerhing about it. The most disappointing was the squeaky bed frame and bed bugs!!! Not worth the price.

No problems, everything was as expected.

The access road to the house was quite tight.
