Location was great. Close to Holborn tube station which is quick connect to all major attractions, including theatres. Close to some great little pubs and souvenir shops.

There is a washer in the unit but no dryer. So you have to go to a little laundromat thru the alleyway and around corner to dry if you don’t have a clothesline or the extra time to hang dry. Probably not an issue if you aren’t staying many days.

The location is great as it is so close to Covent garden and other attractions. The host is very friendly as well and adjusted the checkin time for us. Will visit again for sure if we get an opportunity!!

Nice location, 5 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Comfortable bed (good for 2 people!!). I didn’t expect much from this apartment after reading reviews before booking - you can’t find more or less spacious accommodation (not 10 meters hotel room), in the very center, cheap :-) So, it covered general things for those who plan only to sleep there and go sightseeing. But there were some significant things I wouldn’t take it if I knew in advance (see next section).

Ot was dirty!! Dust was in every corner of the flat!! Water pressure in the shower is weak. Dark (not enough light). The flat needs total renovation - tired walls and ceilings.

The picture makes it look charming. It isn't. We only stayed 1 night with a 14 night booking. This place was dirty and no hot water in the shower unless you went to the closet where the hit water tank was and turn on a handle. One handle in the bathroom sink was broken. The washing machine had mold in the door frame and mold where the detergent is supposed to go. I asked for a refund. Owner said he'd give me £200for the inconvenience. I haven't seen a dime! Don't stay here. It's awful. This pictures I loaded are the couch, faucet in the bathroom, and the mold in the washer and detergent dispenser.

The apartment is located in the center of London. It is very convenient to get anywhere. Nearby, five minutes walk from the underground station Holborn. You can walk to the River Thames, City London, Oxford Street, etc. on foot. The apartment is spacious, everything you need is there, on the balcony you can drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the awakening of the city. Very friendly landlord, always ready to help with advice.

The studio needs a total refurbishment .

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location was an excellent.

The shower pressure was a bit week.
