Nothing actually phu quoc need to improve a lot and ther is no improvement

Terrible place

The pool was nice. The location (close to the night market) was also good.

I would really not recommend this hotel. We are by no means picky people and have travelled extensively, but this is one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered in terms of price/quality. The room was not cleaned before our arrival (two half dead cockroaches in the bathroom), it was not cleaned during our stay until we specifically asked for it, thus also no clean towels. The place did not only have cockroaches upon arrival, but we kept encountering them. Although we know this might just be the climate, we did not encounter them anywhere else during 3 weeks in Vietnam. The shower was cold and their solution was just to let it run longer to heat up, which resulted in even more poor water supply than it was already and only made the shower what can maybe be described as lukewarm. The water pressure was almost non existent. The airconditioning did not work most of the time. Most of the food on the breakfast buffet was stale and tasted terrible. The staff did not speak a word of English. We had to communicate via Google translate. Overall, this place calls itself a resort, but in comparison with some of the significantly lower priced homestays or other hotels we had throughout three weeks in Vietnam, we would barely call this place a hotel and definitely not a resort. The sun was not present during our 3 days in Phu Quoc, but the 'cosy' part of 'suncosy' was even more absent than the sun.

I would stay again for sure, lovely staff always treated with a smile

The buffet breakfast was the highlight especially by Vietnamese food cleanliness standards. Followed by the friendly staff who lent out towels for us to go to the beach followed by amazing pool.

The hot water had to turn on for ages before it turned warm enough for a shower

Superb place but make sure receptionist speaks English...

Location is amazing. A small paradise in the center. The bed, the room, the pool was amazing. The breakfast guy is amazing! He deserves everything good in this world.

Breakfast was only good and diverse 1 out of the 3 days. However, they gave us a early breakfast in one of the days. Communication in English is terrible. A small example were we rent a scooter for 2 days. We confirmed 2,3 times with the girl in the reception that was 2 days total 150k. We later found out it was 150k/day and the staff did us a poker face... The girl denied everything. Lesson learned, don't trust their word. Make sure everything is written down and signed by them. It ruined the good experience we had with the staff there.

- good location - great swimming pool

- difficult contact with the staff in English language. - water in the fridge was additionally payable and nobody informed us about it during the check in.

Helpful staff, great location for town, great pool and fantastic breakfast.

Mattress was quite hard (like all across Vietnam). Quite a walk to the beach.

nice few options for breakfast. close to the night market but not that close to the beach with bars. a nice size pool

we wanted a sign to put on the door to not have house keeping as it was Christmas Day but couldn’t find one

We enjoyed the location, full of trees, flowers, vegetation, cozy. The pool was also very good for refreshing, very clean and big enough. Breakfast was also varied, you can find also for vegetarian. Very close to beach, store, main street. I would stay there again. Thank you

The receptionist she did the paper work for me to checkout, and helped me to carry heavy bags. That should be some man did the work.

i'd stayed for 3 days there. staff were kind and helpful. i was a bit nervious that i had an early flight, but the hotel arranged taxi for me to the airport. So my stay was perfect. Also the location is good to access local night market.

very large bed, nice room with lot of space

small lizards in house (bungalov at doors is not very well tightened), also lots of mosquitos can get in the room because of this

Fridge / freezer needs to be checked and defrosted periodically so they dont smell of what was left in them.....seafood

It will be better if there is more room to put stuff
