La proximité de l’étang de thau. La place parking
Salle de bain à refaire complètement, cabine de douche Vétuste posée sur des briques donc bancale. Wc pas stable et pour les grands les genoux touchent la porte coulissante qui tombe à chaque ouverture. Studio sombre, terrasse fermée inutilisable l’hiver à cause du moteur de la clim qui est situé dedans et réduit l’espace de vie. Vaisselles en mauvaises états et limitées si vous souhaitez cuisiner. Le linge de maison compris est abîmé et 2 torchons, 1 essuie mains pour 3 semaines c’est très peu.
