Absolutamente nada. Llegamos desde Madrid con una compra hecha, no habia fregadero, no tenia el cuadro con el Wi-Fi(ya que teniamos que trabajar), no tenia aire acondicionado y pone que sí, pregunté si habia cafetera de capsula y me dijeron que era italiana, y al llegar si era de cápsulas… y para colmo cuando notificabamos de un problema al propietario, ninguna ayuda e ignorancia. La peor estancia en la que he estado

Nada . Al llegar no me dieron las claves correspondientes para acceder al apartamento. Me estuvieron facilitando códigos aleatorios y en la 7/8va acertaron. Parece de risa , pero fue tal cual lo estoy contando. Al acceder , olía fatal , como a tubería podrida. La cama medio coja, las patas eran muy frágiles . Apenas había agua caliente . Sufrimos por el internet, ya que nuestra compañía era Vodafone y no teníamos nada de cobertura, a no ser que salgáis al balcón y en cierta posición. Solicitamos la clave WiFi y tardaron como 2 horas en facilitarnos el código. Aún con WiFi , no pudimos utilizar el internet porque no había suficiente cobertura . Llamamos a booking y nos comentaron que intentarían ponerse en contacto con el propietario pero no hubo éxito . Por parte de booking estamos muy satisfechos , una atención Inmejorable. El apartamento , sacad conclusiones vosotros/as mism@s . Nosotros tenemos claro que nunca más .

the lock on the door from the inside was confusing and difficult, even with the video and instructions.

The location was quite good, close to the main area.

The ensuite bedroom in a separate room from the apartment! Not being able to use on site parking because of noisy road works right outside!! The lack of crockery, only 2 mugs!! Very little kitchen equipment! No hot water on arrival! Aircon not working and unable to open window because of the noise outside!!

Amazing location in Central Granada. Really well funished flat with garage.

Clean, cosy flat in a fantastic location. Very helpful staff and very efficient instructions.

The apartment was great! Two adults and two teenagers and each teen had their own room. There was a bath for the adults and a bath for the teens. The upstairs terrace was a nice place to hang out. The location was fantastic! Close to bus stops and taxis are easy to hail. Highly recommend.

The wifi really only worked in one spot in living room and the teen bedrooms. It was hard to figure out how to use the A/C properly and there was a whole day w/o hot water due to the boiler shutting off. However, the staff was very responsive.
