We stayed in the villa for 1 week and it was our first trip to Cyprus. The villa is lovely, so clean and has everything you could need. We hired a car for the week which I would recommend. The neighbours were so friendly and helpful. The pool was kept so clean, and is private and stays lovely and warm even at night. We would stay in the villa again, and would recommend it to family and friends. All communication leading up to our stay was great. There is air con in all the bedrooms and the living area which was needed as we was there in a heat wave!

We booked this wonderful property with 48 hours notice for a last minute family holiday. The owner, Andy contacted me immediately & provided excellent information ahead of our stay. The photos on the website are entirely accurate - however they don’t show the true size of both the villa and pool/gardens which are bigger and beautifully kept. Lovely high ceilings to keep you cool (& air con!) and the pool is the main feature. It’s spotlessly clean (thanks to Robbie next door)and is large enough for a proper swim and hours of fun for the children. The house is furnished to a high standard, was exceptionally clean & had everything we could have needed. The gardens are lovely with a patio seating area overlooking the pool & a brick built BBQ with a wooden gazebo on a raised deck (which looked brand new) perfect for outdoor dining. After arriving very late at night, we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack enough for breakfast /light lunch the next day. The next door neighbours (who oversee the house) are absolutely delightful & were on hand during our stay. It really was a home from home and we felt very lucky we had stumbled across this wonderful villa for our last minute getaway. It’s close to the beaches, Shops & lovely restaurants but in a quieter residential area that’s perfect for a family and tucked away from the main throng of Paphos but still close enough to join in, if you wanted to. We will definitely be back. Very highly recommended

We had a great time here, the villa is kept beautifully with a fabulous pool and undercover seating areas if you need a break from the sun. Owners happy to answer all your questions and their neighbour looks after the pool and any concerns you may have. Pointed us towards a couple of great restaurants each only 5-10 mins away, the one near the ship wreck is brilliant as is The Last Castle, a bit of a rough road but well worth it. Well recommend this villa, none of us wanted to leave, you can't get a better recommendation than that, can you !!!

Just returned from 9 night stay at this villa. Had a wonderful holiday. The villa is just as shown in the photos but the photos dont show how much space there is particularly outside. There's so many lovely seating areas to enjoy the views or the peace and quiet of the area. Andy & Iris were great to deal with, answering all our queries quickly. Its clear they use the villa themselves as its a real home from home. We have done lots of villa holidays and this villa is by far the best we have stayed in. The neighbouring villa's are owned by English couples who are very friendly and the whole area felt safe. Robbie next door helps with the pool and is on hand for any issues. He also gave us tips on where to go for good meals. We weren't going to hire a car as we normally prefer to use the good bus service in Coral Bay but we took Andy's advice and had a car. So glad we did as we did not see any bus service running near the villa. Its a 5 minute drive to the big Philippos supermarket so it was really easy to get supplies. Really happy with our choice and would definitely recommend. Just sad that we had to come home! Thank you Andy & Iris for letting us stay at your lovely villa.

We’ve just had another holiday this year in this fabulous accommodation. It has everything needed to make a great holiday. Early morning coffee is perfect, sitting on the balcony looking out at the sea. Coupled with the lovely pool, we don’t need to look anywhere else for holiday accommodation.

You do need a car if you stay here in my opinion but the beach, shops and supermarket were all within a five minute drive. Loved the outdoor eating area and did use this and the bar-b-que several times. Highly recommend Phillipo's supermarket for fresh meat and fish. Linda who sorts out any problems and the cleaning was really nice and helpful. Would definitely book this Villa again. Went with a family of 5, two adults and 3 teenagers.

We really enjoyed out two weeks. The pool was beautiful, the villa had everything we required and in a great area with restaurants nearby to walk or drive to. We were also very appreciative of the welcome pack as we arrived late on the Saturday.

The missing year was camping in France, first night we were on line trying to book Sunset Villa for following year again. we always feel so relaxed as soon as we pull up on the drive its like being at home from home. What you read in the description is only part of what you can expect. The villa is always spotless on arrival and everywhere is well equipped for your comfort. Favorite evening spot is the well furnished gazebo " The Shack " next to B.B.Q and outdoor fridge for cold drinks. The large pool is cleaned regularly and being south facing summer pool temperature reaches 30 degrees centigrade so you don't need to dip your toes in. We have had villa holidays in the area since 1999 and this is the only one we have returned to every year and see no reason to change this pattern. Two years ago we came again later in the year to another villa and came here to meet the owners Andy & Iris who were here on holiday with their family & children and still not crowded as there is so much space. Although we had only spoken on the phone before they made us very welcome. We always hire a car here although there is a bus service at the top of the road, its easier for supermarket trips and site seeing. For those who like walking, it is possible to walk a long way on a coastal pathway with a few bars along the way and no hills. The villa is in a small residential community and the neighbors make you welcome too. Excellent Villa :- We will be back again, Brian and family
