Great and helpful staff, easy check in, great location, rooms were standard and easy for a few nights

Very close to train station and great location in rapallo for everything

Fsntastic hotel in great location

Excellent location and lovely old hotel on the beachfront. Friendly family that runs it. Rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. Loved our stay here.

The Lobby without facilities, no restroom, only one sofa and a couple tables w/ couple chairs used for breakfast. Tiny bathroom in the room.

Majestic stay at Miro

The staff were excellent- very friendly and attentive, great advice also on the local sites and attractions

Just the shower was a little small and the shower rail not too secure ! Small thing really, other than that a lovely room with a big bumper size bed, well laid out and tasteful decor, high ceiling, big bay window- a great room 😀

comfortable, pleasant and ideally situated by the sea and close to the centre of town.

Noisy roadworks outside but should be complete soon. Not a problem at night.

Overall great location, nice rooms but dated bathroom.

Room size was good and clean.

Bathroom was old and dated, quite noisy from the street, and air-conditioning was working but very loud.

great location, close to train station. staff helpful when we needed assistance.

the first room we were put in was a bit average (not at all like the pictures) and the aircon didn’t work properly through the night so we asked to be shifted into another room. the second room was much nicer and the air conditioning was great so we were happy. we booked a “sea view” room which really wasn’t worth it. ours just ended up looking out over a roof of the restaurant below with slight sea views beyond. we didn’t look outside once and I wouldn’t pay extra for it again. overall the place is a little tired and seemed a bit expensive.

They only have 1 employee that speaks English and if he isn’t there you can not get any questions answered.

Great location. Friendly staff. Seafront views.

This property was in a fantastic location on the sea front. My room had a beautiful sea view and there were not many stairs to navigate. The room was spacious and the bathroom was neat and tidy. The host was very forthcoming with some excellent activity suggestions including a walk to Portofino which was fantastic.

A cosy place with smiling good staff. I look forward to visit Hotel Miro again another year.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location, close to the sea.

The beds were a bit too hard. But elsewhere everuthing wa very good. I would like to stay there again.

Good to stay for a night or 2 more!

when we arrived they were very friendly, they also told us where we could park for free! the rooms were good and clean, just a bit outdated and no elevator !!!

the breakfast was poor, not a bit of meat, cheese or an egg, just a sweet croissant, a few slices of dry bread, nothing of fresh fruit😫😫😫
