Aqui você se sente realmente um hóspede especial!!!

A comunicação com o hóspede antes mesmo da hospedagem é exemplar!! Foram super atenciosos e competentes… chamando no WhatsApp pra saber horário de chegada e outras informações!!! Estão de parabéns, raríssimas vezes vi esse contato tão próximo e estreito com o cliente!!!

Gostamos de tudo!!! Nos indicaram uma empresa de turismo que fez toda diferença na nossa viagem!!! Se alguém quiser essa dica liga no hotel que eles informam!!! Amamos!!!

Tudo. Número absurdamente insuficiente de funcionários p atendimento e serviço de hotelaria.Instalacoes precárias, TV sem funcionamento....sem serviço de cozinha...

It can be better

The location is perfect, just on front of Praia do Barra, and close to public transportation.

The breakfast was poor, the hot options were very bad (overcooked egg and potato) and always the same. The facilities of the room were also not good. There was not kettle, not a bottle of water for welcome, the bed had only the sheets, nothing else to cover.

Rooms are big and very clean. Same with the bathroom, and the location is perfect, right across from the beach with restaurants next door.

The breakfast is rather poor, and there's only one lift and it doesn't work very well so you have too wait a long time everything you want to go up/down.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the hotel itself was 20 feet from the beach. You do not got to Salvador to spend all your time in the hotel. Hit Hotel was everything we expected, wanted and needed for this trip. The staff were very helpful and attentive and it was in the perfect location. I would recommend Hit Hotel in Salvador Bahia, Brazil every time. We will be staying there again when we go back to visit.

Only complaint was the breakfast could have been a little better and some of the utilities, like the hot water, air conditioning and elevator, went out, but staff was very quick to make repairs and get everything back in working order.

A gem in a terrific neighborhood

fantastic location with a very good breakfast, helpful, staff and quiet room, despite lively Street noise. many restaurants and a supermarket in the neighborhood. Was able to walk across the street to the beach and snorkeling.

four beds but no chair in my room.

too much noise coming from the street impossible to sleep. furthermore, any noise from other rooms can be easily heard even from the doors of other rooms when people enter and leave the room. The room smells bad.

Disappointing

The locating. The staff was helpful.

The room was very small, no pepper blankets just sheets, thin towels. Not clean. Smelly bathroom. Will not go back.

Value for Money at Salvador Beach

The location, excellent breakfast and there was a representative from a tour agency who helped me book a tour last minute. The staff are also all very kind and hospitable, spoke good English. The location is great. You step out and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

There was no hot water in the shower when I arrived but it came in the morning. Also there was a lot of noise from the street, people shouting etc. I could hear everything although the windows were closed, but I guess that’s not up to the hotel, but the area.

la ubicación es perfecta, y la atención de unos de los botones de recepción al realizar el check in.

el día del check out pedimos estar 20 min mas en la habitación porque no nos daba tiempo de recoger las cosas y no quisieron. la ducha no es del nivel del resto de la habitación deberían reformarlas

the place was excellent, in front of the beach and close to bars and restaurants

the were not that friendly as expected. the first room we had was in front of the AC and very loud at night.

I didn't like the room as it had a musty smell and the towels were stained. In addition to a lot of sand on the bed sheet.

location is good, but noisy, especially with the live music at the restaurant immediately adjacent

noisy in a sea-front facing room, as the adjacent restaurant has live music till about midnight. breakfast OK, no better. Room OK too, but no better.

Nice staff, poor facilities

The location - right across the street from the beach; the reception staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was good.

This hotel has gone downhil since my visit five years ago. The room looks tired and, as many people have reviewed, the shower was not great. The cold water flow was incredibly weak, the hot water was non existent. I wish I had read the reviews carefully before booking but unfortunately I relied on experience.
