uitzicht fenominaal vanaf 3e verdieping - hoekkamer met uitzichten over het Como meer - kamer heel sfeervol ingericht en een boeiend uitzicht over het meer vanaf de toiletpot - ontbijt in een gezellige eetkamer en goed verzorgd - eigenaresse denkt heel goed mee - een aanrader - parkeren is in deze tijd van het jaar gratis op nabij gelegen openbare parkeerplaats

Une gérante d’une rare gentillesse. Ce petit hôtel ancien, presque maison d’hôte, est un petit havre de paix. La chambre offrait une splendide vue sur le lac de Côme. Pour le dîner, la gérante a su nous recommander de bonnes petites adresses.

La décoration la qualité la literie la taille de la chambre la vue sur le lac la propreté l’accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire et sa gentillesse

Il aurait été intéressant de savoir que l’accès à un parking gratuit est situé dans une rue plus haute, l’hôtel est accessible par des escaliers et le long de la route passagère, il est préférable de ne pas être chargé avec une grosse valise (prevoir de voyager léger ou avec des sacs)
Le petit déjeuner : des produits locaux seraient appréciables

The host was amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. We didn’t plan on spending too much time at the hotel, it was a perfect base for our travels.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the bus service to como/bellagio was unreliable at times. The host helped us find alternatives!

The bidet and washbasin outside the bathroom. Only one place to eat at walk distance and one only to have breakfast.

Amazing view from the window.
The bathroom is little. The washbasin is in the room with the bide. The terrace is dirty a little bit, no television.

amazing view from the window. Free parking in 100 m. Owner was very kind and helpful. the only problem was that in our booking reservations was written room with balcony (maybe it's booking.com mistake) but we got room without balcony. actually later we were glad for this, because owner showed terrace where we spent amazing evenings.

It was an amazing choice to stay in this exact hotel. The owner is the sweetest lady who is taking care of every little corner in this hotel. Even though the hotel is more than 100 years old it was perfectly clean and fresh in every part of the house. We loved it! Moreover, the breakfasts are so perfect and we even had a chance to tried an apricot homemade pie, we haven’t tried anything more delicious in Italy. The transportation is easy: you can easily reach wherever you want to with a ferry or a bus. The owner will also share with you all the tips and hacks which way is better and coordinate you with the time.
I would love to come back here for my next trip! Thank you so much for such a delightful time on Como!

authentic old Italian hotel with vintage furnitures and a nostalgic atmosphere. vfm. I would go there again. very kind lady at the reception.
check out at 10:00 is too early, there was cleaning-related noise during 8-9 in the morning from other rooms.

Lovely small hotel, great views from our room and from the common terrace area. Tasty breakfast and very helpful hotel owner. Definitely good value for money. Blevio is cute little town from where you can easily explore the lake. If arriving by car there is a free parking area right next to the hotel.
Location right next to the quite busy street, earplugs recommended if you want to sleep windows open.

location was perfect and views are breathtaking. away from the hustle and bustle of the town. great terrace to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. very clean. decorated lovely and to a high clean standard. accommodating with my questions we had. food is amazing and very affordable along with drinks. not to far from the train station a short bus ride or taxi. the rooms are beautiful and our favourite was enjoying the terrace of an evening as it’s very intimate
could have done with a coffee machine in the room for early mornings, although they will be happy to make you one downstairs it would be nice to just make one at your own leisure in your room.

friendly owner who helped in every way.
She provided very nice dinner as the nearby restaurant was booked and a good breakfast. She provided an off the road parking in her garage.
The position of this hotel is very particular. Halfway up a sloping hill above the Lake Como It is situated directly off the only road parallel to the lake. This road is quite busy, narrow and winding with tunnels.
The hotel owner advised us on parking matters. However, ear plugs might be useful to counter the traffic noise in what is otherwise a delightful view over the lake.

Very friendly and hospitable, offered nice breakfast and dinner. Lovely big room, very comfy bed and amazing views from room and roof terrace. Easy to get to from Milan and Como.

the staff was sooo friendly and we Loved the view from the balcony. Also the terrace was amazing. We had our own dinner there and loved the lights and the atmosphere. the breakfast was really good as well. All in all we can totally recommend this hotel :):)

Small but available garage for two cars (if you don’t know your car very well be careful while parking it)
It is difficult to judge. It is a one star hotel. For that one star it was very good, however there are some reasons why it’s not more than 1*

Blevio is a cute village at the coast near Como. The staff was very friendly, helpful and made us feel home.

House and room was old and with his own history) we found it romantic. Best thing about this property is the view on the lake it was amazing! Good breakfast and welcoming personal. As well near the property really good restaurant.

I was on a camp bed because we were with 3 in a room. Not the most comfortable bed. OK for one night.

The view is amazing and the location is also very good to explore anything around the lake. The host of the hotel is very kind and the communication was very good. Would highly recommend!

Great view from the room in any direction, there is no air conditioning but the breeze from the lake and the mountains compensating it. The host is really nice and kind, we had special request with the breakfast and they fulfilled it at the finest. The room and the property look 100% better in real life than in the pictures.
The road nearby is a little noisy, but altogether not that bad.

Very charming place. A tiny room on the top of this old charming style hotel, with the perfect minimum inside. A beautiful view on the lake. The owner is very nice and available.
I recommend the place for one or more nights if you want to enjoy a very characteristic hotel

Travelling woth car or bus is ok, travelling by boat is not very often.
