About this house rental
Nestled in Calasetta, this lovely house for $101 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Fabulous terraced house on 2 levels, sleeps 2 + 2 (sofa bed), composed of: large double bedroom with balcony on the first floor, kitchen with living area, sofa bed, bathroom and large veranda on the ground floor. 300m from the beach of Sottotorre and 500mt from the town center. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, fridge and freezer, TV, hairdryer and iron. Possibility to optionally have to pay also sheets and towels (no beach towel). We rent preferably from Saturday to Saturday. No animals. The ideal place to relax.

We are a family of three, the house was of good size for us.
The location is good, it's in a residential area of Capoterra (the city center is very narrow streets!) Meaning it was easy parking and a quiet neighbourhood.
Also easy walking distance from the local beach or the city center if you want to sample a bit much of that local wine or beer without having to drive !
Sant'Antioco island has amazing beaches and also recommend to do a hop over to San Piettro Island - our only regret is to have spent only 4 days here meaning we couldnt do it all !
Host was very easy to communicate with and check in/out seamingless and accommodating.
Would recommend !

Bella vacanza
Nella bella Calasetta....casa pulita e tranquilla....non proprio viciana al mare come da descrizione ma abbastanza vicina a tutte le spiagge piú belle della zona. Ci siamo trovati bene ed è stato un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Resterà un bel ricordo.

Soggiorno piacevole
Casa carina in cui non manca niente. Comodo spazio esterno che abbiamo sempre utilizzato per mangiare. Buona la posizione per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro di Calasetta.
E stato molto apprezzato il pensiero di benvenuto dei proprietari. Unico appunto è che la zona è poco coperta da rete cellulare e internet, cosa che non ha influito sul nostro piacevole soggiorno.

Ottimo soggiorno in tre
La casa è molto carina, ben attrezzata
e con uno spazio esterno sempre vivibile perché in ombra nelle ore più calde. Inoltre doccia esterna comodissima e aria condizionata in camera per le notti più calde (in generale non c'è troppo bisogno). In camera ci sta tranquillamente anche un lettino per bimbi o un materassino singolo. Gentilissimi i proprietari, molo disponibili nelle fasi di check-in e checkout e per qualsiasi esigenza. Grazie anche del pensiero di benvenuto, abbiamo apprezzato anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttato! La posizione è molto comoda anche se noi abbiamo preso sempre la macchina per arrivare alle spiaggie che sono a pochi minuti di guida perché troppo sotto il sole e col bimbo di due anni sarebbe stato infattibile. In paese invece si arriva a piedi. Calasetta è molto carina e splendido anche andare a Carloforte. Grazie di tutto, a presto!

Très belle location, avec accès à Calasetta à pied.
Maison fonctionnelle, avec jolie terrasse bien ombragée. Pas de problème de parking. En revanche, pas de wifi.

Vacanza a Calasetta 2019
Casa pulita e accogliente, massima libertà di gestione, peccato che la zona non fosse coperta da rete cellulare e internet, spazi comodi per due persone, per noi non più giovani è risultato un po' scomodo l'ubicazione del bagno al piano terra e la camera da letto al primo piano. Mare stupendo e spiagge incantevoli in una zona ancora integra della Sardegna ci hanno fatto vivere vacanze indimenticabili. Da ripetere!

Ruhige Lage am Rande von Calasetta
Freundliche italienische Nachbarn, die auch gute Empfehlungen geben können, sei es bzgl. Restaurants, Strände oder andere Unternehmungen.
Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Interieur mehr als genug. Warmes Duschwasser war nie ein Problem. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren Fliegengitter.

Molto soddisfatti!
La casa ci é piaciuta molto. È ben equipaggiata, pulita, e si trova in fondo a una stradina senza uscita e quindi tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la veranda che ci ha dato la possibilità di mangiare sempre all'aperto. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Ottima soluzione
Casa molto fornita su due piani. Piacevole il patio per mangiare all'esterno. Acqua sempre calda per la doccia. Nel caso di Maestrale, la casa risulta comunque riparata. Vicina alle spiagge e al paese, si raggiungono a piedi con breve salita. A 5 minuti di macchina consiglio la meravigliosa spiaggia grande. Il paese è tranquillo, ma vivace con ottimi ristoranti. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per giovani coppie.

Villetta a schiera a Calasetta molto confortevole
Bellissima vacanza a Calasetta, posizione confortevole per raggiungere il mare e il centro del paese, ricco di ristoranti e negozietti. Molto comodo per poter visitare anche la vicina isola di S.Pietro e Carloforte. Il padrone di casa e la Sig.a Marinella sono davvero squisiti.

Ottima base per esplorare il Sulcis iglesiente anche con bimbi al seguito
Siamo stati a casa Bube le prime due settimane di luglio. La casa è molto accogliente con l ampia camera posta a primo piano dove siamo riusciti a far stare oltre al letto matrimoniale anche una brandina ed una culla per nostri bambini. Ottima la veranda al piano terra dove oltre a poter mangiare all aperto i bimbi possono giocare liberamente. La spiaggia più vicina è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (noi avevamo le biciclette) ed ha sabbia e mare davvero piacevoli. Ottimo punto di paryenza per gite ed rscursioni nel territorio iglesiente e nel sulcis. Non da ultimo eccezionale l accoglienza di Marinella e la sua assoluta disponibilità. Consigliato a chi vuole godersi in tutta tranquillità questo magico angolo di Sardegna!!

Immobile carino, ma non molto curato
Note positive: cordialità del proprietario, aspetto generale dell'immobile (visti gli spazi interni, però, è ideale per 2 persone al massimo), ottima posizione rispetto al mare e al centro del paese.
Note negative : alcuni aspetti ci sono sembrati un po' trascurati, per esempio abbiamo trovato gli scarichi della doccia e del lavandino quasi intasati (abbiamo dovuto liberarli per favorire il deflusso dell'acqua); lo scalda acqua ha una capienza insufficiente anche solo per 2 persone, (anche cercando di risparmiare l'acqua calda al massimo durante la doccia). Per di più due giorni prima della partenza si è anche rotto costringendoci a lavarci con l'acqua fredda.
La luce esterna non funzionava, e nonostante sia stato fatto presente alla persona incaricata dai proprietari la sera stessa dell'arrivo, non è stata riparata durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della veranda alla sera. Il barbecue all'esterno era sporco(griglia incrostata di residui di cibo). Il commento generale è che la casa è carina ma dovrebbe essere curata un po' di più.

Un appoggio tranquillo per girare l'isola
Appartamento sviluppato su 2 piani, comodo per 2 persone, completo di tutto, con una bella veranda esterna munita di barbeque. Casa un pò calda ma grazie al condizionatore abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione tranquilla, poco fuori dal paese (raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi). Non c'è la vista mare ma tanta tranquillità. Molto cordiali e gentili i proprietari (all'arrivo ci hanno offerto una bella bottiglia di vino fresco!). Consigliata come base per tutti coloro che intendono esplorare le belle spiagge di Sant'Antioco.

Eccellente scelta.
A casa BUBE abbiamo trascorso una serena e piacevole vacanza l'appartamento veramente confortevole curato e pulito, posizione perfetta vicino alle spiagge e al centro di Calasetta. I proprietari e la sig.ra Marinella molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

La casa è molto carina e ...
La casa è molto carina e corrispondente alla descrizione. Ci siamo trovati bene. Il mare però è raggiungibile a piedi sfruttando un passaggio non molto agevole col passeggino. Vi è poi una bella salita da affrontare. Questo l'unico rilievo che ci sembra utile far presente a chi intenda soggiornare in questa villetta.

"Una casetta deliziosa, pulita, in posizione tranquilla, silenziosa, vivibile anche esternamente perchè dotata di terrazzino piano terra (con griglia barbecue), a circa 1 km dal centro di Calasetta (quindi da supermercati e negozi), a 500 metri dalla spiaggia Sottotorre e circa 1 km dalla spiaggia delle Saline. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.Che dire di Calasetta e dell''isola di Sant''Antioco? Un piccolo paradiso, noi l''abbiamo girata in moto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio di visitare la spiaggia di Coaquaddus (20 km circa dalla casa) e di godersi il tramonto dalla piazzetta della Torre a Calasetta, ci ho lasciato il cuore.
Noi siamo stati anche nel nord della Sardegna, a Stintino, ma non c''è paragone: il sud è molto più incontaminato, caratteristico e anche economico oltretutto (sicuramente rispetto a Stintino, dove si pagava il parcheggio anche per andare in spiaggia). Consigliamo vivamente il Sud e in particolare questa bellisima isoletta."
