The house has an interesting colorful style with exotic elements - I liked all these nuances. The breakfast was made with love and care. The views of the lake are just marvellous and you just need a couple of steps to reach the lake. It was also great to use the bicycles for exploring the area.

The view from the balcony in our room was just amazing overlooking Lake lugano. The breakfast was great as well as the breakfast room with amazing attention to detail. There is also a nice outside area. If you are looking for a nice restaurant La trattoria del temp perso is lovely, great service and great food, five minutes walk along the lake from the hotel.

Although clean, the room was very basic and the beds were not comfortable.

A quaint B and B which is conveniently situated next to the beach, it has canoes and other water sports equipment available. lovely garden area for sunbathing and fabulous views, rooms were comfortable. manager Rashid was lovely and very helpful.

Owner of the property arrived on our last day, he was arrogant, rude and obnoxious, he treated Rashid in a shocking manner. pool is very cold and I had difficulty getting out as the steps don’t have a rail on the outside of the pool.

Beautiful location!

A lovely place with a fantastic location directly at the lake side, with beautiful views (from front rooms). Pretty garden to relax or at the adjacent sand beach for a swim in the lake. Restaurants and town center at short stroll away. Junior Suites with lake front balcony are well worth the money.

Small back rooms towards the main road might be somewhat noisy.

We took the apartment as a family of 4. The location and view is lovely and as beautiful as on the fotos. The lake is directly in front of the door. You can borrow the hotel's cayak and SUP for free. There is a pool but it was a bit cold so that our kids preferred the lake. The apartment is also well equipped for cooking. The apartment itself is great!

- The breakfast was simple. Coffee our of thermos flask. Bread, cheese, two kinds of ham and boiled eggs. - Extra cost for the air conditioning. 15 EUR / day if i remember correctly. And you will need it. - A lot of mosquitos, especially in the garden. After 5 minutes in the hammock my sun had 20 stitches. - We lost our apartment keys and the B&B behaved unprofessional. We needed to deposit an estimated sum in cash. Afterwards we were not able to reach them to clarify insurance. The telephone number on booking and on the hotel's website doesn't exist and there was no reaction to mails and booking messages. Furthermore, the receptionist entered our apartment one evening with his own keys (without knocking or anything) to clarify the issue. An uncomfortable (and actually illegal?) situation.

Everything! The views were unbelievable and the manager was really kind :) One of the best B&Bs I’ve ever been to.

Very noisy location, no air conditioning and too hot to close the windows. Cluttered living spaces. We understand that this is an attempt to make the property look cute, but the owners went way over the top.

Breakfast was bad. We ended up going to the local pasticceria for something decent.

Very nice an caring host, wonderful breakfast and a nice room with sea-view. Nothing to complain at all.

Swimming-Pool was a bit too cold for my taste ;-)

the owners do not speak English very well but they are extremely friendly. big differences between the rooms and in the prices for the same room between the different weekends.

lots of amenities, beautiful view of the lake from your room. Staff was kind. location was perfect, walk out the gate and your right in the lake, and a couple blocks from restaurants.

This is an extremely wonderful alternative to touristy places. The surroundings are magic. From 4AM to midnight I couldn’t stop gasping at the beauty and charm of the landscape. However, I’d suggest you book one of the corner rooms or on top. We booked the cheapest and regretted. But the garden provides a cool space for both work and leisure, BBQ (upon agreement with the host), sunbathing and meditation next to the fountain. There are kayaks and a SUP, bicycles to use any time. Hot shower, traditional local breakfast (prosciutto, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants, white bread, some cornflakes/yogurt/jam and coffee). Despite our very poor Italian, we managed to communicate with the host. Be aware that the property has Sri Lankan ambience and some smells can be unusual (they place some sachet into old wooden cabinets/cupboards that protect from insects). Many travel related books and maps. The entire place has a unique flavor ranting from how the ground floor is organized to the door handles. There is an absolutely gorgeous hike to the peak San Georgio right from the place (ca. 2 hours) that is worth every effort. We also highly recommend the local pizza place, Al Posto Guisto, where 4 Formaggi- and pizza with artichokes are to die for. After that, polish it with ice cream from Il Golosone. The embankment is good for both, short morning runs and lazy evening strolls.

Strong smell in the tiniest room where one window is directly on the highly loud road and the other is overlooking some construction litter in the part of the garden that is equipped for laundry purposes. We begged to change the room because I had to work but there was no desk or else to put the laptop on and too stuffy, and we were given a similar room on a different floor with an option to use the bathroom of our „old/booked“ room but at least it was a bit above the road. The view is not stunning as described above. We spent 20/24 hours outside.

The location is perfect as is the staff. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location was amazing. The property was situated right by the lake with a wonderful pathway that brings you to the main town. It also is right on a small beach! We had a beautiful lake view room with balcony. The man working there (I think his name was Angel?) was incredibly lovely.

I can imagine during busy periods it can be quite loud as noise travels through the rooms. Also the pool is heated by the sun so just something to keep in mind :)

Everything was great! Delicious breakfast,nice and very helpful staff :) Worth recommending!
