Nice and welcoming staff and the outside area of the hotel is nice with the pool. Close to Ostuni.

Breakfast is the minimal italian standard. We had a room next to the lobby and could hear every sound and person that walked by because of the old wooden door that every room has. The hotel is a bit outdated, the bath edges are dark and should be replaced foe hygienic reasons.

The garden was beautiful ,like a little paradise and visible from the bed when the door was ajar. Only 30 steps to the pool and the property is just the perfect size not too big not too small. So very private but also intimate.

wifi wasnt always working but that should not matter on holiday anyway one shouldnt use it when on vaccation

The location of the hotel was very good just at 8 min from ostuni city center!

The beds were not very comfortable and wifi does not work so almost you are fully disconnected when at hotel

location is gorgeous, the outside terrace and pool were beautiful

wifi was terrible, mattresses need an upgrade and we had a problem with the toilet: water ran constantly and made a lot of noise and wouldn’t flush properly.

Amazing location, surprisingly comfortable and quite rooms despite having so many "neighbors". Breakfast was good, the common areas, gardens, swimming pool are outstanding

The rooms are very small, even if you pay for the better ones, but in the end you will just sleep there, there's much to do outside. The only negative aspect is that WiFi is very bad they should really consider improving it. You can't offer such a limited connectivity in a place where there is zero mobile signal

A 2 night stay in Ostuni a good spot to travel around the area. The hotel was in a great location.

The towel rail came off in our hands on arrival. The air conditioning was leaking on the floor of the room which we reported and it was fixed. The young lady on the desk was very serious and I felt she could have been more welcoming. Breakfast was a bit sparse by the time we arrived and there was a lack of clean plates etc the staff were run off their feet and they could've done with more staff. The various breakfast machines were needing topping up, cleaning and this lead to unhappy guests and queuing. We arrived much earlier the following day and had more choice but the pancake machine was still not working. Compared to other 4 star hotels this was very much a let down.

Localisation is perfect - close to Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello etc. Comfortable rooms including beds. Helpful staff. Fresh croissants and local speciality - pasticiotto. Delicious!!!

Typical Italian breakfast - sweet. Not much more, no warm dish like scramble eggs or sausages. In swimming pool there is an obligation to wear a swimming cap and it is prohibited to play a ball there. Rather for less active guests.
