son muy hamables ，buen precio y se puede aparcar coche afuera pero solo en invierno

recomiendo tenerlo un placa de si necesitan la limpieza es mejor，ejemplo a mi no me gusta que me llame la puerta ni me molesten ，ni entre mi habitacion hasta que me marche

Nada muy antiguo, ruido en los aires de los vecino que no dejaban dormir. Se escuchaban en todo el hotel. Un día nos quedamos sin agua.. un show

Very poor value for money. Avoid.

Friendly staff, clean, in one of the grittier streets in San Pedro.

Very basic and very poor value for money. After a day I moved to El Labrador round the corner —much nicer and cheaper. Booking.com customers have to pay a €50 security deposit at the Alicia. This was refunded when I left, but only after the room had been inspected to make sure I hadn’t stolen anything: which would have been difficult as the room contained not so much as a drinking glass, let alone a bedside lamp. Perhaps they thought I might have stuffed the air-conditioning unit into my backpack. Avoid.

Pleasant stay, very good value for money.

Very good value for money, the staff were very nice. We got a room with a fan and it was cool the whole stay (in mid August).

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner and it is quite far from the central harbour of puerto banus (there is Uber).

Exceptional

I really like the hostel was very clean and staff was supportive. Location was also good, close to the coffee shops and nice, easy way to the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet seat which wasn't fitted properly. But that wasn't big issue.

The property, price and staff were very nice however we were woken several times by the angry yelling from another guest, it happened several times and it sounded like he was drinking - it felt unsafe due to this we know it’s not the properties fault but we slept very badly. Also we have still not received our deposit money back - can you please send it asap.

Nice location in San Pedro

Under new management. I’ve had family & friends stay here in the past, the Hostal used to have connections with cafeteria next door & breakfast was included. Cafe seems to have closed down. No breakfast. My room was on the 3rd floor, on arrival day (Friday) I informed reception the internet was not working, still no internet by checkout day (Sunday) Also I had to pay €50 deposit on arrival, option of cash or card. I paid cash, check out is 7am to 12pm but no one on reception to give me my deposit back, no one answered the phone. I had to return the following afternoon to get my money back. Ridiculous!

Visiting Marbella for work or visit? My experience at Hostal Alicia was SUPER! It is located in San Pedro de Alcantara, very closed to Marbella center, walking distance to the beach, supermarket and many other places needed to enjoy your holiday or work. Highly recommendable!

You do not get what you pay for

Good location

Didn’t know I had a booking and took a number of times to convince her I did. Unreal bad customer service. No breakfast even though it is advertised. Shower broken. No hot water. Unclean and very smelly room, dirty floor and bed sheets. Sheets were so dirty I was convinced there were bed bugs. I am not picky nor am I spoilt, I have stayed in places and expect low budget because I paid low budget but I do expect the facilities and pictures to be an accurate representation and for the price to reflect the property. I will never stay here again and for me to say that it must truly have been awful. Do not waste your money or risk your health staying here!

Great place to enjoy the Costa del Sol !!!

The place is located directly on the boulevard, to get to San Pedro City Center its 5 min by foot. To the beach 10min, price was more than acceptable. The room was clean, aircon, tv and shower incl. The personal was very friendly and helpfull. I booked it very spontanious the same day, wich i guess isnt common but the staff handeld the situation very good,

I was there for one night, so i was expecting to find shower gel but i could only find an empty soap dispender.
