Hotel is very clean, decent space in room to store luggage, clothes etc. Staff was very nice, location is very central in historic center. Very good value for money.

Bed was not very comfortable and room was a bit light on the morning. Internet was rather weak. We received an email that indicated price would not include 19% tax, although Booking said differently - - this was not charged in the end but a bit confusing.

Breakfast was just delicious

This hotel is my go to hotel in Bucaramanga. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast is great. Security is exceptional. Housecleaning services are exceptional. There are simply not enough great things I can say about this hotel.

It has always been my go to hotel in Bucaramanga. Located in what I think is the best part of town right in the center, close to all the markets and commerce. Only everything closes down after 7. Staff is very nice and helpful. I have stayed in other hotels the better neighborhoods outside of town. But Andino gives you so much more at a third of the price.
