We arrived earlier than expected and were warmly welcomed, shown to our unit and had the keys explained to us. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay - both the lounge area and bedroom are air-conditioned and the kitchen is well-equipped. The gardens and pool area are lovely. Very highly recommended!
Not the fault of the property, but at 7am on the Sunday morning one of the guests was screaming like a banshee at her child which was a pity. This, however, didn’t detract from what was a really lovely stay.

We did not have breakfast . It was 80 m from our venue. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was spacious and clean. The town was without water for days but this Guest house we had water to take shower. I highly recommend staying here!
We as early birds couldn't open the curtains while still in bed. No privacy.

they have 2 big dogs, so if you are not a dog person, its a problem

Great quiet location with a nice clean room. It was close to main attractions such as the Emerald Casino and the owners were friendly and welcoming and the doggies they had were also a highlight of our stay there!

Steel staircase to room is steep and has narrow stairs

absolutely nothing, just be careful if not a dog lover.. they have 2 grate danes on property. lovely but naughty

The property is super clean and tidy to be honest it should be 6 star rating. The host is so amazing He makes you feel at home. My wife and kids felt at home. The host makes you feels like you are the only one booked in the property. I will definitely book a week with my family or even more. The place has a feeling of outdoor nature and modern decor. We have been in various destinations with in and outside South Africa as we live and work in New Zealand, but this one is the best so far. It is indeed value for money. I highly recommend anyone to book that place without a fear coz that is the only way to understand the feeling we are in right now.

The host is a perfect gentleman and nothing too much to help or assist with. The attention to detail in the unit was outstanding. Many top establishments can learn from this guesthouse how it should be done. Congratulations and continue with the outstanding service!
