A good choice.

Good facilities. My room was quite big with an adequate kitchen and bathroom. Access by card for lifts was reassuring. The situation of the hotel was surprisingly calm. Reasonably close to bus/underground. Shops/restos nearby.

The surprise that parking was an additional 3€/night. The parking was secure (important for a town with the poor reputation as Toulouse has)

Quite good, will try it again to reach a final conclusion

I booked this accommodation at the last minute, just 3 hours prior to checking-in. Immediate confirmation followed by all practical info. Good job! First time at MonTempo. Liked the professional, helpful and cheerful front-office staffers who give the traveler all required info to have a pleasant stay on their premises. It's more a room than a studio, although it feels comfy and cozy. Enjoyed the thick and plushy towels, the fast wifi connection, and the spotless bathroom (the shower cabin doesn't completly close which makes a for a wet floor after each shower). They have a secured bicycle storage room inside the property. Good enough for 1 or 2 nights. Although I didn't take it, the 7€ breakfast buffet that start at 06:30 sounds like a bargain. Close to a commercial center with Auchan supermarket but 5 km from Toulouse city center.

No detergent. No hair dryer. No electric kettle. Old coffee machine (no Nespresso capsules). Hardly enough space to prepare a meal, just enough for simple cooking.

Short and Sweet trip

I appreciated the staff trying to speak English with me and the facilities. It was also close to where I needed to practice Flying Trapeze so that helped!

The bowls/colander were dirty when I arrived. It would also be helpful to be told what time breakfast is from/until beforehand.

Clean place to stay with good location and friendly staff (especially Sarah!)

The room was very clean when we got there. Also Sarah at reception really had a positive impact on our stay. She set the tone when we arrived with a really warm, genuine welcome. She felt approachable and kind. Thank you. :)

Probably a cultural thing but a kettle would've been nice! :)

Perfect for a short stay with a car: not too far from the center.

The room is a good size. The little kitchenette is practical. Locked parking ideal.

The bedroom wasn't clean. The coffee maker was dirty. It ws my first time in an apparthotel and they didn’t explained how to lock the door, so I was a little anxious the whole night. There was so little water pressure in the shower that I had to rinse my hair in the sink to get a correct result...

The location, parking facilities poor. Didn’t like the general atmosphere. To be honest didn’t feel very safe !

Not worthy Scammers

They first took 46€ as a booking. Then another member of the staff took other 46€ as booking as well. Finally when we arrive to the hotel, they told us to pay 48€ as for the cost of the stay plus the parking. We exposed our situation to the staff and they said they would give us back 46€ for the error they had committed and once we left the hotel and they had checked everything was ok, the would give us back the other 46€. THEY DID NOT GIVE BACK ANY OF THE MONEY. The hotel was supossed to cost 46€ + parking and we ended up paying 140€. They are SCAMMERS

Nice and functional

There were very good blinds outside of the windows which were extremely effective in keeping out the sun, which made morning lie-ins much easier. Bathroom was nice and clean and the shower was hot and water flow was strong. Staff were friendly and obliging. There's also a terminal where you can order deliveries - the food was surprisingly good, though might be a but pricey for those travelling on a budget.

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together and I kept falling through the cracks. Neighbourhood doesn't seem great, I would think twice about coming back here late at night on my own.
