Spacious... Off street parking in a cul-de-sac, great kitchen facilities, friendly hostess

A little disorganised... No heating on arrival, no toilet paper, no bath soap

Location was great, although very difficult to find initially

We were expecting the duplex apartment pictured as this is the title of the property, instead however were put in a lower quality apartment. When we queried this we were told that all of their properties were called this and we'd infact not booked the duplex

The apartment was large, bright and airy. The location, once I had found the apartment, was perfect. Close to the old quarter, Plaza Mayor, paseo de la Isla play park and San Amaro swimming pool.

The map location is incorrect both on booking.com and Google maps. The host was impossible to contact. I left several messages and voice mail. I ended up booking a hotel for the first night as I had my family trailing about looking for the apartment at 10.30 pm. The hot water was not working for the first 24 hours, although the host did get an engineer out for the following day. The hot water heater required resetting each morning by pressing a button. There was no WiFi. The router was not even linked to the phone line which was looped up and placed out of sight on top of a cabinet. The sitting area requires at least one more comfortable seat for four persons staying. With these issues sorted this will be a brilliant place to stay!
