Valarie and Phil who were hugely warm, friendly and helpful. The location. The shower. The bed. The WiFi. The tasteful decor. Poppy! V sweet.
Nothing really.....could have done with a washing up sponge and liquid but I managed and had a great time. I felt very relaxed there.

The location is perfect being so close to central Dartmouth. Beautifully presented and equipped for a short or long stay.
South Ford Haven is a beautiful little holiday annex. There’s nothing not to like.

We loved the location set in the heart of Dartmouth. The property was well equipped with a beautiful shower room and cute outside seating area. Everything was spotless .

Very friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel most welcome. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the room, even drinks and shortbread for our arrival.

Lovely comfortable room with coffee and tea making facilities. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Access via steps. There is a small outdoor area with views over the rooftops of Dartmouth. Very helpful hosts.

This was a room only Phil gave us tips as to were the best place to eat were we were made to feel very welcome by Valerie and Phil. Lovely people.
The place has steps going down but there can be nothing done about that as Dartmouth is on a hill we manage fine.

Very clean, loved the location very central in Dartmouth but quiet area, with outside, space own bathroom and separate entrance to owners making it very private

The facilities were excellent for our stay, and the location was perfect to do things all the things we wanted to do. We would highly recommend it to anyone, including family and friends.

Great communication from the hosts right from booking. Valarie met us and took us to a parking space.
Lovely room, really comfortable bed, easy walk into Dartmouth, nice and quiet at night, very friendly and informative hosts. We were very happy with our stay.

A perfect little annex in a great location, nothing else we could have wanted to make our stay any better.

Huge attention to the little things that we sometimes forget to bring or items just make life a bit easier.
The mattress was a bit strange. If you got anywhere near the edge you rolled on the floor (potentially), caught ourselves in time!
The shower rail riser was a bit high, which meant that (as an average height woman) it wasn't as effective as it could have been. Good shower though!

Well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches, great location and value.
steps are steep and the room is small but neither really bothered us or spoiled our stay

located in the heart of Dartmouth a very short stroll from the harbour, shops,ferries and amenities. a lot of thought had gone into ensuring that everything was provided and nothing was too much trouble.
