Nestled in Parma, this charming condo for $140 per night is a great option for your next trip. Charming apartment with two bedrooms, bright and functional, in the heart of Parma, just a few steps from the Baptistery, the Duomo and the main tourist attractions as well as within the city dela shopping city. The apartment has undergone a complete renovation that has just ended. The intervention had as criteria driving the recovery, as far as possible, of each element preesesistente and the attention to energy savings. They were then recovered travoni stations throughout the apartment and the joists in the living area. It has also been cleaned up and placed on the wall with exposed brick in the living room. As regards the energy upgrading, it has been realized a heating / air conditioning and production of hot water with heat pumps. They have been replaced all existing internal doors with new windows and insulation all equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment (about 70 square meters. Gross) consists of a living area with kitchenette, a large bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room and bathroom (with window). And 'facing south so it is very bright and pleasant. E 'it equipped with every comfort: heating and air conditioning with split, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, wi-fi. The apartment is located in the Palazzo Lusignani, eighteenth century building located in the heart of the historical center of Parma and overlooking the road from Republic Street, at right angles to this, leading to the square in San Giovanni, just in via Cairoli n. 15. The building is within the Z. T.L. Parma (Limited Traffic Zone), where access is consensito with the car only at certain times or on payment of ticket. The apartment is located on the second floor of the scale B (north-east) of the building that has no elevator. It is possible to leave the car in the paid public car parks located in Viale Mentana or at the Barilla Center parking lot or at the Toschi parking lot, all located about 8 -10 minutes on foot. With a taxi from the station for those arriving by train or by Mentana avenue for those who had a car, a taxi, which costs about 7 euro, it is only a few minutes of the apartment. We owners live in Colorno, pleasant village about 15 km. from the center of Parma. Although we obviously can not always be in place, however, we guarantee continuous and systematic assistance to guests for any need.

Great location, close to the historical landmarks and great restaurants. Modern amenities. There was some confusion at check-in because of language barriers.

The property was as described. Well located, clean, beds were comfortable. We were unfamiliar with the induction cooktop but manuals were provided and we figured it out. We were aware of the stairs - one of us is 84 years old and still managed these, but good to keep this in mind. The hosts were communicative, we were sorry we couldn't meet them! Thank you for a lovely visit.

We just finished three weeks in “The Hear of Parma “. It is a lovely little apartment - well thought out with everything to make a stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the location within walking distance of not only the train station but interesting shops, wonderful restaurants and churches. Please note, there are 64 steps to the apartment but well worth the walk. Allows more calories for gelato.

We had the best time in Parma. The apartment was only 4 minutes walk from the Visitors Center and 5 minutes walk from Via Farini. The accommodations were warm, clean and very quiet. Parking: No problem. Just a matter of leaving the car at Parcheggio Repubblica and factoring in the 8.50 Euros per day. It is 14 minutes straightforward walk from parking to apartment. Roberta and Cesare were very helpful.

Un bel appartement parfaitement situé, confortable, propre, bien aménagé, agréable à vivre. Il donne sur une cour, il est très calme. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes nuits. Il y a tout le confort : cuisine aménagée, wifi, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, TV etc... Les propriétaires sont arrangeants. Bref un séjour très agréable!

Without a doubt you should stay here. The location is excellent it is an easy walk to all of the sites in the city that you're going to want to see and it is an easy walk to dozens of excellent restaurant. The unit is very well-equipped with a full kitchen and everything that you did. The Wi-Fi is strong the air conditioning is good the only drawback for some might be that it's up four flights of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spent a month in this lovely, comfortable gem of an apartment. Owners Roberta and Cesare thought of every detail and made it a home away from home. And, there's a "gelato" shop right at the of the block! The location is convenient and perfect to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. I highly recommend it!

This is a most pleasant apartment. It is located close to the Duomo. It is clean, fresh, quiet, well appointed, well taken care of. We cooked in each night, with all we needed utensil-wise. The washing machine was nice for our 4 day stay.

My wife and I had 2 teenage granddaughters stay with us in this excellent, clean, well-maintained apartment for 3 weeks and loved it. The girls had their own room as we did. All the appliances worked perfectly--washing machine, Wi-Fi, stove, oven, refrigerator etc. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothes. The apartment was one block from the duomo, and very near Garibaldi Square with numerous restaurants and shops. Roberta and Cesare were very friendly, kind and helpful. The only negatives were that it is on the second floor and Wi-Fi is one Gig per day (not enough for teenage girls but probably ok for everyone else). Overall, we all agreed that this is a wonderful apartment perfectly located.

We had 2 weeks in this bright, modern flat, which still retains the features of the original historic building. There was an art gallery of a local artist opposite and the superb Cathedral and amazing Baptistery just round the corner. Not to be missed is the S. Giovanni church and cloisters with astonishing library, which is even closer. In fact all the city's churches and galleries - all within easy walking distance -were full of stunning art and architecture. With a scrumptious ice-cream parlour almost next door, this made it the perfect place for our stay in Parma! There are lots of eateries near by and delicious delicatessens and greengrocers for take-home food. The city is full of art, with a helpful, central tourist office offering trips, tours and events. The station is 15 mins walk and we visited Piacenza and Modena easily. Various festivals seem to be held all year round and we were there for the Gola Gola! food festival, delighting in joining the locals in food and wine tasting celebrations. Our thanks to Roberta and family for making our trip to Parma easy and so enjoyable.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique. Tout ce qui est à visiter, (Musées, églises, parcs etc..) est à quelques pas . Par ailleurs, des commerces (supermarché, glaciers, bars, boutiques et restaurants) sont également à proximité .Roberta et Cesare ont soigné la décoration de cet appartement très agréable.Par ailleurs la literie ,ustensiles de cuisine...sont en parfait état, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ! Roberta nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux , elle parle un excellent français, cela nous a permis d'obtenir des réponses à toutes nos interrogations. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse.

There is no more central location than the location of this apartment. It is just a few steps from the Cathedral, so any attraction of Parma could be reached in few minutes. Shopping street or restaurant street are in no distance at all. The apartment is on top floor with no elevator but for us it was not a problem. Spacious, clean, convenient even for 3 ladies colleagues (like we were). The mattresses are convenient, a lot of wardrobes for clothes, iron and iron board, and many other things you might need during your stay are here. We highly recommend this place and we certainly be back. Thank's to Roberta and her husband to be caring and discreet at the same time.
