You have an individual home with its own garden and swimming pool completely private! It is located 10 km from the center of Aix-en-Provence and 16 km from Marseille. It is in a rather quiet residential area in the countryside, surrounded by other villas and gardens. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families with children. The pool is secured by an alarm and under the vigilance and responsibility of the parents. The house is very well equipped and air-conditioned. It has two bedrooms: A master bedroom with a bed in 160 X 200 cm, the other bedroom with a bed in 140 X 200 cm and a standard baby bed for the little ones until 3 years old. They are equipped with air conditioners and large dressing rooms. Sheets, dish towels and towels are provided. The beds are made up. The kitchen has two coffee machines, one Nespresso "capsules" and the other with filter "ground coffee", a traditional oven, a microwave oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, an iron and an ironing board. The exterior has a beautiful terrace overlooking the barbecue area. The garden and the swimming pool "2 m x 5 m x h 1,35 m" are for your exclusive use. The outdoor equipment includes : Barbecue, deckchairs, Parasol, table, chairs, outdoor chairs. You have a parking space inside the property. A single-phase charging station is at your disposal. You have the fiber. ATTENTION. NO PARTIES DURING THE DAY OR IN THE EVENING ARE TOLERATED. The accommodation is provided for 4 adults and a baby of 3 years old maximum. No invitation possible. You can discover nearby: -20 km the magnificent creeks of the blue coast -48 km the creeks of Cassis, - You are 40 km from the Luberon - You are 1 hour away from the Camargue, Arles, Nîmes -You are 1 hour from the Alpilles national park, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, les Baux-de-Provence. For the period of July and August, the stays are of 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday. Except exception.

We were very pleased with our stay - perfect for family of four to relax for a few days after travel. The garden and pool are the highlights. The property is exceptionally clean, modern, and of a high standard which we appreciated. Very secure and private. Only 20 min to Aix to experience the market and 8 min to a grocery store. Otherwise we found no reason to leave - just relax and enjoy and eat good food before we continue on the rest of our journey.

After a warm welcome by Virginie, we really enjoyed our vacation in this cosy holiday house. We loved the terrace, the garden and swimming pool in a very calm neighbourhood. The airco inside was perfect as the weather was really hot during our stay. Being close to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and the coast, I can recommend the house to anyone travelling with max 4 people. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est moderne, très bien équipé et confortable. Le jardin est exceptionnel avec une piscine uniquement pour nous. Nous avons pu à partir de là explorer Aix et ses environs et profiter de la côte. Un séjour parfait.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Grünen mit großer Terrasse und uneinsehbarem Garten. Ein kleiner Pool rundet das Ganze ab. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Das Objekt ist bei der Anreise nicht leicht zu finden.

The house was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The owners Magali and Paul are lovely people, very friendly and helpful but not intrusive in any way. We enjoyed exploring the location and also having a relaxing time at the house. If we return to the area I would stay here again.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable, une décoration très sympa et à l'ordre du jour. Le jardin est très bien entretenu dans un style très zen. La proximité via Aix en Provence et Marseille est très commode. Séjour au calme. Nous reviendrons au printemps. Bonne continuation à eux ! Ne changez rien!

Maison contemporaine décorée avec le plus grand goût, équipement au top, il ne manque rien. Le grand jardin avec sa piscine est parfaitement calme. Nous reviendrons pour en profiter cet été ! Merci à Magali pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
