Really good location in Ubub, the garden and pool are very nice. The staff is super nice

The room is old and needs to be repaint and updated, specially the bathroom, there are traces and smell of humidity. The counter top of the sink is going to come off soon I think.

Exceptional

Great location and feels like your own little oasis in the middle of Ubud. The staff are incredible and couldn’t do anything more to help you! They can organise all your trips and make sure to check in on you. The food is great and the cheery welcome every time you came back made you feel really special. A great time was had!

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was unpleasant but not too strong so we were okay with it.

Room and bed big and comfy. Staff very kind. Good location, very quiet area and near to the Center. Very clean

No hot water, only one day, the others day no hot water and not pressure. We order a breakfast at 8 am but they came late. We had to tell them every day to clean the room.

Calm stay in Ubud!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful with everything. The location wasn’t in central Ubud but very easy to get to. The pool was nice and clean and because it was not close to the road it was so relaxing.

The rooms could use a little touch up.

Low price, good location, great service, lovely breakfast. we get good price from booking.com, we book 3 rooms. Even after pandemic, the hotel in general is in a good shape, esecially the garden, well kept. the hotel need some touch up for perfection. the pool need to be vacuum daily, the drain cover in shower area need to be installed to prevent drain smell kick back, in room# 103. Thank you for the hospitality, we will come back or recommend to our friend.

Staff are grateful Really clean room Everyday cleaning 😍 Tasty breakfasts Great view on the pool Huge size of room Huge size of toilet room Location is really good: not so far from the center but in quite place Internet connection was suitable for remote work but I had to use 4g mobile internet for video calls Gym near the hotel

A little bit far from cheap places for eating but you can found a lot of place with the middle price

Couldn’t fault this hotel. Super clean spacious room with plenty of space to hang clothes and store bags etc. Free bottled water & tea, coffee and fridge to keep drinks cool. Beautiful large bathroom which is all open plan to outside, hot water, powerful shower and free toiletries. Super welcoming friendly staff who cleaned our room and gave fresh towels each day without even asking. Lovely pool with comfy loungers around the edge to chill in the sun. Really good value for money especially as it includes breakfast and the breakfast is really tasty - we loved the banana pancakes !

Only very minor issue is the wifi didn’t really work

The room was clean & staff was nice. Good breakfast with water bottle provided.

Bathroom was a little bit smelling & far from central area. No nearby restaurants to eat & have to walk a lot to reach even the Scooty rental point.

Very friendly staff, nice room, nice building and nice quiet area, not too far from the center of Ubud. On top of that, I recommend the tours offered by the staff through Bendot! He definitely knows his way around Bali and will let you see a lot of great places at a good price.

amazing value for money. perfect hub for visiting places around ubud. download the Gojek app it’s a life saver

the staff where wonderful. spacious room but a bit dated. breakfast was delicious. pool neeeds a bit of a deep clean because some slime on the steps but overall it’s fantastic value for money

rooms are a bit dated. pool needs a scrub by the steps.

Friendly Staff, Good location

There were spacious rooms with comfy beds. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels too. Breakfast in the morning was very nice, I recommend the pancakes. The staff were lovely and we could not fault them.

This can’t really be controlled but we found a few ants in the room however that is expected.
