Appartement très bien équipé, avec une vue sur le port et le bassin. Le meuble lit très pratique à manipuler et son excellente literie en font un grand studio confortable et très clair.
Son emplacement très bien situé pour visiter Arcachon et ses environs, toute la documentation est disponible dans l'appartement pour organiser visites et sorties.
La propriétaire est très accueillante, très disponible et pleine de petites attentions.

Un accueil convivial avec de nombreuses attentions gourmandes, un studio entièrement équipé, il y a tout !!! Deux vélos à disposition complètent le charme du logement et de notre séjour. Terrasse très agréable et calme. La propriétaire est tres attentionnée envers ses hôtes, doublée d'une gentillesse remarquable. Bravo, si nous devons revenir ce sera ici !!

Merveilleux séjour
Un studio d'un confort excellent, très bien équipée, situé à un emplacement rêvé pour séjourner sur Arcachon. Je tiens à remercier très chaleureusement Madame BARBEAU grâce à qui le séjour a été fabuleux. Toute la documentation est disponible dans l'appartement pour organiser visites, sorties, trouver les restaurants et boutiques à visiter impérativement. J'ai rarement eu l'occasion de trouver meilleure organisation et meilleur équipement sur une location. Un merci sincère du fond du coeur et je recommande à 300% ce studio à toute personne qui souhaite vivre un séjour hors du commun sur le bassin.

Bel emplacement pour ce petit logement
Belle semaine dans ce studio moderne, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous avons profité de la terrasse avec vue sur le port et la plage. La mise à disposition de 2 vélos est fort appréciable également. L’accueil de Mme Barbeau et ses explications sur les lieux à découvrir sont parfaits. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce très bel appartement à 2 pas de la plage décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’une propreté irréprochable.
A notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à de multiples attentions (boîte de cannelés, thé/ café, madeleines, eau et jus de fruit au frigo et produits de toilette dans la salle de bain.
Le lit armoire est très pratique et d’un excellent confort de couchage.
Mme Barbeau est très à l’écoute.
J’y retournerai sans problème.

Accueil plus que parfait de la propriétaire , qui apporte beaucoup d’attention à ces locataires. A l’arrivée studio coquet et ultra propre, matériel et prestations haut de gamme. Couchage de 160 très confortable. On ne peut que recommander cette location et remercier la propriétaire très charmante et disponible pour ces hôtes

De toutes nos locations, sans aucun doute notre préférée... plein de petits détails qui changent tout : cela va du panier de petit déjeuner complet, du sel, huile, vinaigre, tous les produits ménagers, même un gel douche. Mme Barbeau est l’hotesse parfaite. Nous avons testé de nombreuses locations d’été et nous n’avons jamais été aussi ravis. Le confort, la propreté, les équipements, il y avait du lait dans le frigo et de la confiture ! Mme Barbeau a le sens de l’accueil. Nous avons été ravis de cette semaine à Arcachon et espérons y retourner dans un futur proche.

Location très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour réussir son séjour...conforme aux photos. Vue magnifique, appartement propre, accueil parfait Le plus est la place de parking (car stationnement payant dans tous les alentours), ainsi que les vélos à dispositions c’est top. Nous recommandons cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir l’an prochain.

Excellent sejour vacances réussies
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mme Barbeau. La location est conforme aux descriptions et photos. Tout est meublé avec goût, avec une jolie terrasse où il est agréable de prendre place. Le studio se situe très proche du centre ville, et proche des rues commerçantes, la plage et le port devant l’appartement, tout en étant très au calme. Mme Barbeau nous a accueillis avec des petites attentions qui nous ont touchées. Nous serions enchantés de séjourner à nouveau au même endroit.

On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible, aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Pas besoin de se rendre à l'office du tourisme, une documentation complète est à disposition. L'appartement conforme à l'annonce ne manque de rien. Il est très confortable. Très propre, prestations de qualité et confort. Excellente literie. Situé devant la plage et le Port, le centre est proche aussi, mais sans les nuisances. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Aucun bruit, nous avons fait une cure de sommeil ! Je remercie la propriétaire pour sa proximité et sa gentillesse. Nous espérons bien y retourner !
