Awesome house.
We loved the morning sun in the kitchen with it's seamless flow onto the deck, the views from the bedroom windows over the city, the peaceful retreat of the living room.
The architecture is wonderful.
The kitchen is well equipped.
I am so glad we stayed and would have loved to stay longer.
The host is also excellent and accommodating with clear and prompt communication. Thank you. 😊
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home, but FYI there is no off-street or allocated parking. We were lucky in finding a free park just across the street throughout our stay.

Fabulous design, decoration and location. Blue Magnolia is a delightful retreat with everything you could possibly need and full of thoughtful touches - from fresh juice & bread to lovely local recommendations. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Blue Magnolia was so well presented and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It really was a "home away from home". The kitchen facilities were amazing, the comfortable living room and fireplace and then the bedroom and huge bathroom upstairs were all so well appointed we wanted for nothing. Absolutely can not fault this place.
The only warning I would give is the house is located in a very hilly area so be prepared for that if you are walking/even parking the car!! (good exercise though :) )

Wonderful place, has everything you need to feel at home. Great for a longer stay, we really settled in.
It's quiet and tucked away, but walking distance to many excellent restaurants, Salamanca, docks etc.
The heated floors in the bathroom were especially appreciated!

Great location, top quality appliances, crockery and glassware, beautifully appointed throughout. Great kitchen and laundry facilities and location was excellent for us to access local bushwalks to Mt Wellington.

Amazing place. Beautifully finished, great location, Exceptional architecture.. nice things in the fridge! Won’t stay in a hotel room in Hobart again.

Beautifully designed property which matches the old and the new perfectly. Lots of thought given to the extras.
If I had to say anything it would be that parking wasn’t ideal, but doable & the sofa wasn’t the most comfortable & very low to the ground. but everything else was great.

The property is stunning. Very unique and the bathroom is amazing!! Possibly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in Tasmania.

Great architecture, amazing attention to deal, quality fixtures and appliances, a real luxury stay in a great location. Cosy, warm, modern and great sunrise views.
The WiFi was a low speed plan, 12/1, and due to the thick stone walls the performance was poor or the network couldn't be found on many devices. This makes remote working a little difficult, as well as uploading photos.

The bathroom was incredible, heated floors in bathroom and kitchen, loved the fireplace, so quiet but right in the CBD.

Amazing home , attention to detail. Loved spending the evening at home with a bottle of wine and a cheese and meat platter. The home is quality through and through. It one of the few properties you want to come back to. Short stroll to the city centre.
