Amazing, comfortable, affordable and beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to stay and the host was incredible. He know we were leaving early in the morning, so he went out of his way to get up and make us a small breakfast (which turned out to be large and delicious)! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, and the whole space was clean and tidy! We were even offered a complimentary bus pass, which was quite convenient as for travelers! Beautiful location and would love the opportunity to return!

We warmly recommend Gregory Pension

The location is amazing, beautiful view. Gregory is really nice and helpful. The place is clean, big rooms, nice balconies. Good breakfast

The only thing is that the shower is small and the flow is a little bit weak. You should bring your own soap and shampoo.

Exceptional

Our host was one of the best parts. So welcoming and nice, he welcomed me to his home and gave me a handshake when I arrived. He invited me to take what I wanted from the fridge and make the most amazing breakfast in the morning, in full lederhosen attire. He helped with with the wifi and the windows too. Good parking, incredible views. Private balcony. The bathroom was awesome too! Amazing experience.

My bed had a wooden frame on it that was too small for my body so I didn't sleep very well. My wifi also didn't work on my phone or my computer unless I was in the common area.

I loved it! My room was extremely cozy and had a personal porch. The property owner was incredibly sweet and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and loving. The breakfast was delicious. The beers were convenient and cheap!

The buses do not come frequently

in all it was a very nice place and host

the breakfast was very nice, the location was very good and walking distance of nice restaurants

when we arrive we were told that we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, but we were not told that there was extra charge for it as well until we settled the bill. luckily we were able to pay the extra charge. in future it would be advisable for this to be said upfront. specially since in this case the balcony did not upgrade the stay

Great place to stay for a visit to this area

Easy to get to by bus from Berchtesgaden. Homey place, comfortable and clean. Welcoming host. Very good value. I would stay here again.

It was a nice experience staying in this hotel. The owner is the best.

The owner is very friendly and hospitable. The room is cozy and clean. The included breakfast was so good, very generous and delicious. The location is good, with a nice connection to the Konigssee and main train/bus station by local bus. But the bus frequency is not high, there is only one bus passing the hotel every one or two hours. But it’s not far from the main station, just 30 minutes on foot, so you can also walk there enjoying the beautiful country view on the road.

The water pressure in the shower is not enough and the amount of water is relatively small on the second floor.

Mesmerising and Remembering :)

The room was perfect with great view of the valley and spacious bathroom & balcony. Also, the common seating area is always open and is really comfortable and to spend your time. Along with that, the best part of this accommodation is the owner Cristian and his warm welcomeness. He is a really humble & helpful guy and suggested me really good places during my stay there with being always there for you as a perfect host. Honestly, If I would've had the time, I would've stayer there much longer and next time I'm sure I'll stay in Pension Gregory :) If you wanna have a great time in Königsee, this is the place to stay :3

Great place for relaxing

Literally everything. The owner is very friendly. Our room is not big, but we got everything we need in great condition. The view of our room is also great. The room and the bathroom are both spotless with no dust at all. Breakfast is also good.

The breakfast was good and the host was so friendly.

It was not clean at all. There are some bugs in our room and bed sheet. We also see some hair in the shower. The room was so small and the ceiling was short (it was attic). The room temperature was cold, but when I told the host, he brought us a radiator.

Perfect stay, extremely friendly and thoughtful host, warm atmosphere.

Perfectly organized reception. The beds were good, nice view over the mountains. The fridge with drinks available in a hall is a nice touch.

Porridge and scrumbled eggs as well as fresh juices could be a nice addition to breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed our stay

Christian was so welcoming and kind from the minute we checked in. The hotel felt more like a bed and breakfast. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. We stayed in a Mountain View room and really enjoyed our patio. The breakfast was fantastic! There was lots of nice choices of meat, cheese, fruit, in addition to orange juice, hard boiled egg, yogurt and coffee. Love the family feel of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we return in the future. Thanks, Christian for your hospitality and making us feel at home :) So neat to stay in a place built in 1875!
