A perfect stay for a night, in the very heart of the city

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for few extra hours after check out. The hotel is situated in the very centre of the city and everything you need is just few steps away. Rich breakfast. The hotel architecture is also impressive!

Not great value for money, room was small with outdated amenities. Really felt like a basic hostel rather than a hotel.

Great location for experiencing Hradec Králové

The hotel is in a perfect location on the main town square, close to many restaurants and bars. The room was nice and clean, offering everything for a night of stay.

The room was situated with a view into the inside block of the building. There was no WiFi in the room, but this was not a big issue, since we didn't spend much time lounging in the room.

Public parking literally in front of the hotel

Could have done without the overwhelming barbershop smell in the rooms. Also found it weird that they were "rationing" the heat,. Radiators worked on a 3 hours on 3 hours off schedule. I understand that it's a big and old building and it costs a lot to heat it, might also be an energy "crisis" as some are calling it, but it's not the guests' responsibility to carry the burden

Very good

The hotel is in a historic, imposing building, which is also used as a conference center and by the university. The room was OK, the beds maybe a bit soft, but that's a matter of personal preferences ....

The hotel is very reasonable but one expects more for the price

The breakfast was reasonable but not a great variety (the same food every day)

1. The WiFi was very nonstable in my room, really dependent on the particular location of the device; 2. There is no Ac, which was a problem as the days and even nights of my stay were particularly hot. 3. It was actually not convenient to unpack the shampoo and soap.

Best place to stay in Hradec Králové

A great place that I have stayed in before. Right in the main square of Hradec Králové. Nice building with nice rooms. This remains somewhere I would always book if staying in Hradec Králové.

Perfect location in the center

Clean, silent, in the very city center.

A bit expensive, but we came for a festival, therefore we understand that the prices were higher due to the high demand during that weekend

Superb

The location is very nice. It's on the main square. Many restaurants around. Everything by 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are very clean. Receptionists nice, always smiling. Breakfast was okay.

Gorgeous and historic building on the main square, avoid the top floor

Gorgeous and historic building on the main square, great location, good breakfast, plenty of public parking in front of property at reasonable prices.

Avoid the top floor, low headroom in corridor and bedroom due to the rafters, old carpet, breakfast was in the basement yet still a nice room yet not as nice as the rest of the rooms, staff was helpful, but not friendly, limited parking on property, so reserve early.

The location is outstanding, staff was helpful. The room had a historical atmosphere, so the whole place.

I do not understand the rating od New Adalbertinum. From my POV, its overrated a bit. Tak water seems to be polluted a bit for a first minutes, there was na odour from a kitchen on a main corridor

Standard breakfast, nothing special and nothing extremely negative. Any opinion might be distorted due to Covid era restrictions, so generally average experience.

Only mildly warm water in the shower in the night and also in the morning. And I waited quite long... :-) But, again - covid era can modify many things.

Location is great, place is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good.

I arrived after 7pm that is when their reception stops working. I had my key picked by my colleague, but when I entered the room the temperature there was freezing cold. I could not sleep there and had to use my colleague's room. Next day when reception opened they offered extra heater but I asked to change room. They gave me another room but cheaper. Yet, at the checkout I was charged the same rate and no apologies were offered.
