About this house rental
It just doesn't get any better than this! This spacious Victorian house can be your fabulous vacation destination. The expansive wrap around porch, breath taking views of the bay, four baths and five bedrooms was renovated in 2019 and waiting for you. The spacious kitchen allows for easy meal preparation and is a favorite gathering spot. There is plenty of space to share times with friends and family or find a quiet corner to read a book or take a nap. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour inside or out, any time of year. The observation tower on the top story will be ready in the spring of 2024. It is a comfortable walking distance to Short Sands beach, the Nubble Lighthouse, Dunn's Ice Cream and local attractions and restaurants in the summer. We allow up to two dogs, no more so don’t ask (no cats due to allergies); one occupant must be 25 years or older and provide proof of age. This property does not allow large gatherings for parties or events.

This property was actually better than it appeared in the pictures! The view and proximity to the ocean were wonderful, and the large downstairs playroom area for the cousins to enjoy each other’s company was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook together. It made for a great accommodation for our family to gather for Christmas. And a gift from the host was totally unexpected!!

We found this home to be a wonderful place for our quarterly retreat of friends/co-workers. We cooked up a storm of curries in the kitchen together, did 5 jigsaw puzzles at the dining room table, watched the rain and wind on the ocean from the comfort of this warm house and slept like babies! Thank you!

We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful in a wonderful location with amazing views. It was the most fully equipped property we've ever stay at; it had everything from lobster pots to kites. We cooked our meals and had every possible thing we needed.The beds were comfy and we just enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay in York (our home away from home) The house was lovely and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean! A mix of modern amenities while keeping with the historic value of this home was perfect. Leisurely walks to Short Sands beach with our dog was a highlight of our trip. Host Anita was very accommodating and easy to reach. We will be back!

This is our second time coming to stay at Anita's beautiful house by the sea for a small family reunion. The location is on a cliff over looking the sea with a fabulous porch to sit on to watch the waves. Just a short walk to town and to the nearby light house makes this neighborhood ideal. Communication was great and almost every room has a view of the ocean. The kitchen is awesome to cook in and a long dinning table made it easy to have fun evening dinners together as well as hang out with our early morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property for a week and couldn't have enjoyed it more. An older house that has had some incredible renovation work done that adds to the great views from the porch area. Communication with the host was great as well.
We really enjoyed the easy walk to Nubble Light, Short Sands, and Long Sands as well.

My family and enjoyed our stay at Concord Manor. Anita was very easy to work with and answered our questions quickly! The house was comfortable for our group of 8, and we over packed basic kitchen supplies because the house was stocked! Our only suggestion would be some accessibility grab bars in the showers. We would love to return to the area and this beautiful house!

We stayed here to attend my daughter’s college graduation. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate with our family! The location and view was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted or needed. We are definitely going to stay again in the future!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is a gorgeous home with ample space and very clean and well kept. The ocean views are fabulous and the location is close to beaches and shopping.

We enjoyed a weekend away before Christmas with my parents, siblings, and families. We enjoyed each other's company by taking walks along the ocean, playing games, eating great meals, and just being together. Would highly recommend this property for a family getaway!

When we were there, there happened to be a fair amount of construction on surrounding houses. Anita was responsive to this even if it was beyond her control. We would like to return for another stay.

It was great. A few points were brought to my attention ( dishwasher unplugging to get it to start, trash) would have been good to discuss the need to strip beds clean up and how. We needed to be out before 10 am Sunday needed to be aware since it was a late wedding on sat

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a 17-month-old. Plenty of living space, clean and updated, comfortable bedrooms, airy and functional kitchen/dining area, gorgeous ocean views. The weather was a disappointment, but the house was a lovely place to be on cool rainy days. We were very pleased with this York Beach rental.

This was such a perfect house for a small family reunion. The location is close to all the surrounding towns and down the street to the beach and restaurants of York. Close walk to the light house and a porch over looking the water on the cliffs, there was something for everyone. Our host was available and there was good communication. Easy checkin. We will definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful Summer Getaway
We stayed early in the summer season but absolutely loved the house. It had everything our group needed to vacation.
Anita and Don have made a true treasure of a home and we would highly recommend staying in one of their properties.
We all agree we wouldn't want to stay any where else in York after staying at Concordville.
