King size bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom and 2 twin beds in third bedroom. Laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. This property was located in a great area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and malls. We were in town for a NFL football game this property was close to stadium. Everything was perfect with this property I would love to book this place for future stays. My whole family loved this property

4 of us were in Peoria, AZ for an adult figure skating camp. The house was in a great location, convenient to the rink and with many restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and it was great to come home to the pool each day. Owners were great to work with as well.

This beautiful home really was the highlight of the trip being able to relax on the back patio and swim each evening and morning. The house was so clean and really had everything we needed what a great place you have!!! The bed was so comfy I enjoyed every sleep in it.❤️It was like our home away from home but even better! The outdoor lighting really added to the ambience of this great outdoor oasis! Thank you again!

My wife and two adult kids stayed at the home while we moved our daughter into college. The home was beautiful with a new feeling throughout. The pool was clean and just what we needed to escape the 100+ degree weather. The neighborhood was lovely with endless number of stores and restaurants. It was quiet and made us feel safe. We'd definitely stay again.

We had never stayed in the Phoenix area before, this was a beautiful home with a fantastic outdoor space. Loved the pool and patio, and the location of the house made it quick to get anywhere we wanted to go! Any questions we may have had were answered immediately, and it is clear that the owners put a lot of effort into the rental. Will definitely visit again!

First time in Arizona and we couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better rental home. Everything was just as described in the listing. Home is very clean and kitchen is well stocked. We only ate our 3 times in the 14 day we were there. We plan to return at some point and will definitely book this home again.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a central location. This is a beautiful house that is well taken care of and incredibly clean. The check in and check out procedures were stated clearly and easy to follow. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool or outdoor area, it is well kept and looked amazing. Would definitely stay here again for future visits!

We loved our stay at this wonderful vacation rental. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was our favorite. We spent every spare moment in the beautiful backyard enjoying the gorgeous Arizona weather. The gas fire pit was an especially nice treat and we used it most nights. A quick 15 drive to many hiking trails, and close to food and dining establishments. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Peoria and the is home was very cozy and well-kept. The furnishings and electronics were in great shape, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, everything was very clean. If you don’t have a huge group, this is an excellent home away from home if you want to stay in the Phoenix/Mesa area but don’t want to be right in the city. It was too cold to use the pool, a heated pool would be an amazing upgrade. But the backyard is absolutely gorgeous, and we still spent time out by the pool soaking in some midday sun. Quiet neighborhood, great access to freeways and dining/retail close by. Highly recommend.

Our trip was a girls quiet get away and this home was a perfect fit. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store a few mins drive away plus a Costco's. For those ladies looking to score a pair of real cowboy boots your in luck there are 2 boot barns nearby. Thank you for having! We are already discussing a return trip.

Was a great four days of AZ sunshine and girls hockey. The house was amazing. Definitely took advantage of the beautiful backyard and grill. Even with the cooler weather the atmosphere was relaxing and so quiet. This wasn’t like a trip away from home it had the feeling of home with class and quality.

This is probably the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in! The pool and back yard are fabulous too. They had so many things in the house too like extra toilet paper, spices/oil/coffee in the kitchen, and lots of pool floats. I would highly recommend this property!

This property is in a prime location, close to anything and everything you could possibly need - golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, a mall, movie theater, and gyms. The home was comfortable and clean. There was ample seating in the living and dining rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The home was well-stocked with plenty of pillow choices as well as bath, kitchen, and swim towels. Absolutely nothing was lacking in the kitchen...silverware, utensils, leftover containers, gadgets, and small appliances. Finally, the pool and outside living area was simply amazing!!! Lots of chairs for lounging and relaxing as well as the outdoor kitchen. The homeowners were great to work with, too. I highly recommend this property.

The home was perfect for our family. We loved the pool! Lots of space for the kids. Only thing we would have appreciated in the master bedroom would be black out curtains, but otherwise pretty awesome place to stay. We would definitely rent again!
