The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was terrific. What we liked the most is the resort variety in restaurants and things to do. Despite being in an excluded area, it offered nearly everything you might need.

The staff were slightly off putting, some were great, but most of them didn't even bother to smile or follow up on requests. The location is excluded, so if you plan to see Muscat, it's not the place to go. However, it's perfect for a couples retreat.

Was on that day many of guest in other room they set in balaconyen and they drink and laughing with high sound and they didn’t stop talking tell 4:45am and after that am able to sleep

it’s was nice place with lovely and kind stuff . we went to al sabla restaurant for breakfast and dinner during our stay and everything was perfect. thank you guys

Don't go there to relax .noisy place Kids everywhere . Impossible to use the swimming pool. So noisy

The isolation from everyone with good amenities

Good place for a short break and for kids to enjoy. good number of activities around the hotel.

Poor value for money. AC was not working and the rooms are dirty. No elevator to the room in third floor and had to carry baby stroller every time going in and out of the room.

We had breakfast purchased in our dining plan and I must say the breakfasts were the best I ever had in my entire life. Lot of varieties, indian, veggies, sweet, continental, huge cheese selection, fresh juices etc... Possibility to dine outside or AC inside premises, perfect service. Cozy reception with complimentary dates a cardamom coffee. Nice spacious room, comfy beds, complimentary water, tea, coffee at room, nice room view. Beach 10 mins walking distance, kept well with beach bar. Hotel premise and marina kept well, safe. Hotel personnel and service stuff very kind, polite and helpful. 4 restaurants available nearby the hotel (Arabic, International, Japanese, ?) + Seafood Restaurant in Dune resort (need to take a hotel buggy or drive your car)

Beach is pebble type, however no information about swimming risks is available in written or oral form from beach stuff.

The hotel is set in a modern development of a marina with restaurants and apartments, attractively situated between mountains and sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a Beach Club with gorgeous infinity pool and good food as well as the actual hotel.

The beach is very stony so access to the sea is difficult.

Everything is exceeded our expectations, great place for real vacation near the sea, beautiful room ground position beside swiming pool and very rich and tasty breakfast. We would love to come again.
