Best place we've stayed in ages!

We arrived early but someone came to let us in anyway. The room and pool are spotless, the view is fantastic and staff are helpful. This was our second stay and we're planning another. Fab place.

Everything! Owner, Luis was amazing! . He was excited about his community and gave me excellent recommendations for hiking as well as dinning. Location was perfect ! I originally had a reservation for 4 nights. As soon as I walked in I requested 4 more nights. Not only is this property beautiful quiet, and relaxing, but Luis makes you fell welcome . This was the perfect way to end my Portuguese Camino ! I will return!!!

garden and grass next to the pool was a great spot to read in the sun! amazing views and the room was spacious. Quiet neighborhood at night. staff was very accommodating and Carlos gave great restaurant recommendations

Perfect stay!

The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is close to the beach and to beautiful spots like Porta Piedade. It's easy to park the car at the door. Luis is an amazing host and he made us feel at home since the moment we arrived! Overall, our stay was incredible and we would strongly recommend it!

Feels like home, in a quiet neighbourhood

The owners were amazing. They take good care of the premises and make us feel very welcome. Great communication from the start and throughout our stay. I was a bit surprised upon arrival as I thought it would be a bigger house (more apartment building but it looks like a tiny house from the street) but turns out it was perfect size, not too crowded. The pool saved our stay in Lagos. Super clean, enough lounge chairs. They even made beach towels available for us. A nice plus.

The location is perfect if you have a car. Everything is walkable, but nothing is really close by. The closest supermarket closes at 8 so make sure you stop by the bigger shop (Intermarché, which is about 1.5 km away) before you get there. Having information like bus stop or tips on how to get to the location would have been nice (we had no wi-fi for a while so we stressed a bit before arriving, but the owner gave me all the info where I was able to connect to booking.com messaging. The place is a bit dated but everything is spotless. It is best to use the A/C since it is very noisy early in the morning (those reviews about seagulls were no joke - those guys are loud :)). The balcony is a long connecting one (bamboo screens are used as dividers). If your neighbor enjoys chatting early in the morning... keep your patio door closed. Tiny ants made a surprise visit, but it's totally understandable since it's a beach town. The cleaning is once every other day so it took care of that.

One of the best places I've stayed

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Very friendly staff, great location close to several beaches and in a quiet area. If you want to go to the city you can either walk in the beautiful scenery or catch an Uber.

Romantic get away place

Luiz the host gave us a warm welcome and took the time to give us recommendations which we highly appreciated. To the beach it takes about 5 min to walk. Near by is a beautiful trekking road (easy to walk) to enjoy the spectacular view to the ocean and nature.The garden with the pool is lovely. We had a car to drive to the supermarket Intermarche to get all we need. The room has a kitchen with all you need to feel like home. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the view to the sea. We parked the rental car just in front of the building, very safe.

Superb

Louis provides very good support for guests. The garden and sunbeds near to the pool are very comfortable with nice view to the sea

Studios are very nice with amazing view from the balcony. You had everything you need, and stuff was extremely helpful. I forgot beach towel and they borrowed me one:) Will definitely come again!

I liked everything, but would just suggest to put bowls in kitchen as people like to eat cereals in the morning.

Great apartments

Amazing views from our room - great balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Really friendly and flexible staff. We were very grateful that we were able to stay in the room until 1700 on checkout without any extra charge. Gorgeous beaches 10 minutes walk away. We paid £420 for five nights in early October which was good value I think. The weather was perfect - 25C every day and never a cloud in the sky. We loved Lagos, especially the old town - a brisk 20 minutes walk away - but the area is hilly so that wouldn't suit everybody. The location around Vivenda is very quiet and the nearest restaurants/ cafés are either at the beach or on the outskirts of the town centre. A small supermarket is also 15 minutes on foot. Great pool though unheated.

Wonderful stay

The view from the room is amazing. Make aure you get a room with a balcony so you can truly enjoy it. The room was big, well equipped and the bed comfortable. Excellent location, close to everything but in a quiet area. Very nice staff.

Maybe one thing that could be improved is providing a broom in the room so we can easily clean off the sand and dust.

Nice spot in Lagos

Staff is lovely; Amazing view; Place enough in the room.

The fridge was making quite some noise time to time, really annoying during the night; The swimming pool was not really warn.

Great location and very nice guesthouse

The location, the cleanliness and the beautiful view. Very quiet place, I think that we were lucky not too much people so it was like private swimming pool.

The balcony is very close between rooms with a small partition but this is ok.

What a view !

The situation and the superb View Of this apartment are excellent ! The terrasse and it’s furniture are perfect. The pool and while building and equipments are very clean. The gentleman welcoming and managing is very nice and good advise for the area.

Maybe we would have appreciated to have a little more space for our « things » like cosmetics in the bathroom… and not may plugs in the apartment to charge all of the electronics… but nothing to spoil the pleasure to be there !

Amazing stay!! Highly recommended

Such a fantastic apartment just outside of Lagos. The owner was so lovely and always very helpful. The room was large with all necessary amenities. The balcony was great and there was an amazing view of the ocean and pool. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, 5mins walk to the beach and 20mins walk into Lagos. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Lagos!
