Modern, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher

Tiny balcony, unable to seat 4. No towel/bed linen change in 16 nights.

Location is great for the beach and town. The pool and pool staff were lovely and it was well kept and very clean

We had no TV or Internet connection despite booking the apartment for that reason. If I had known in advance there was no Internet working I would have booked elsewhere. They should not advertise it has Internet and TV and when it has neither. I was informed it would be fixed the next day but again it wasn't. Apart from that the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect, Dunas complex has everything needed if you didn't want to go out . Especially loved Chill out bar with the lovely ( if a little crazy ) Lionel

Dunas is a great location and has everything you need.

The WiFi didn't work. The neighbours had a late night party on 2 nights of our stay which meant little to no sleep.

It was not the apartment I booked online I paid extra for the nice one and got the awful, one she said the nice one was gone but there didnt seem to be anyone else staying there! Very bad checking in service, we got there at 11 at night, the woman put the wrong block number on the message she sent me so we were walking around for ages and didnt know how to get in! The heating would not work it took my husband ages to figure it out and fix it. The bulbs were gone on the entrance hall where you need them most! The handle was hanging off the bedroom door and you could easily get locked in there. Didnt get any fresh towels in the 4 days we were there. Just think if its like this in February when its quiet I would hate to go in the peak season it would be much worse!

Central location

Attitude of female pool attendent around the pool on our first day. I understand because of covid things are a bit different but she spoke to my 73 year dad with a terrible attitude. No maid service for the 10 days we where here.
