tutto, una tipica casa in legno posizionata sulle rive del fiume. dal terrazzo puoi rilassarti guardando il fiume.

forse il bagno, in mansarda. troppo basso per fare i bisogni.

Two nights in a double bedroom

The hostel was well located, the receptionist's guy was friendly. There was a kitchen with cups, plates, pans and cutlery. The room had a heating system.

The bathroom was clean, but the problem was the shower. The shower box was small, the drain was clogged and started to overflow in the bathroom.

Nice to stay

Cute interior design, authentic places and rooms. It was lovely. Everywhere is clean. Receptionist Alex was helpful, smiley and nice. Everything is 5/5.

One time it was so cold but one-two hour later it was warm. It wasn’t hotel fault, because of cold weather in cesky krumlov

Exceptional

Careful, I have been upgraded to Pension Merlin as I was arriving with a friend finally. Just one more sign how helpful the team is! Pension melon is really lovely pleased with the kitchen and a huge garden, and still walking distance into town center. Really loved it!

Český Krumlov's gem by the river

Super helpful friendly check-in by Alex. Amazing location right beside a great boating rental shop, delicious ice cream shop and late night mini market. Fully equipped hostel with hairdryers in clean shared bathroom and kitchen area with fridge and free coffee tea. Luggage storage option available. Airy bright historical building structure. Absolutely recommended and definitely a welcome back everytime to my future Český Krumlov trip!

First floor bathroom Glassdoor has broken rollers and made it hard to close fully, and the bathroom drainage was clogged. Would be perfect without these little hiccups.

It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly Towel and blanket included

It’s approximately 15 minutes walking from Krumlov bus station to hostel, if you carry with luggage would be a bit hard as it’s stone road

Cozy hostel in a great location

The location, the friendly staff, the kitchens and the cozy balcony + view from my room was very nice

Since I was on the top floor, some caution was needed for my heads :-) But that is true for all houses in an old town. The bathroom shower leaks a bit in the top floor.

Excellent stay, great location and wonderful staff

Amazing staff! Alex was always super attentive, communicative and friendly!! He made us feel like home! We loved the incredible location and how the facilities are preserved in their kind-of-original state as a little house within the historical center.

Highly recommended

Easy to find, close to everything and comfortable stay. Reception communicate clearly for check-in, helping to carry my bag upstairs and clean the kitchen nicely every day.

Nice stay for a couple days

Really pretty building, nice location, its a pity the balcony was not open due to winter.

Good value for money & would definitely recommend to those who are on a tight budget.

Very comfortable & spacious. The hostel is well-managed & feels secure.

The bedsheets felt dusty & one of the shower door couldn’t be closed so the bathroom floor was wet & icky.

Passable

great location, if it was cheaper then it would have been worth it. Nice balcony. Staff were helpful before I arrived but not present for the stay.

The sheets had holes in them and were stained, overall the place just needs updating/thorough cleaning. The trash hadn’t been taken out so the kitchen didn’t smell good.

My stay was okay

The room was warm as suggested by the guest house

The location was not pleasing to me . It was very quiet and the whole guest house has this weird smell. Even the bathroom has smell. The bedsheet and the blankets provided doesn't look very clean.

Perfect location in a friendly environment

Perfect location in a friendly environment. You get your private room with clean sheets and towels and the shared facilities are also clean. Really nice view of the river from the shared balcony. Alex at the reception was really helpful and welcoming! We good do late check-in since the got a box with a code at the entrance, that was a huge help for us. Really good value for money, I recommend it!

Only below the beds it needed more cleaning as there was a can and some drink that had dried, otherwise the room was spotless. Also I didn't find the beds so comfortable, especially the pillow was getting kinda flat and stiff.

Nice location at one of the old town's bridge, very kind staff

Small rooms under the roof and therefore somehow difficult movements, the shower in my floor was broken and Just useless, I had to shower in the lower floor

I loved everything!

It was very near the center, there’s a market nearby, and the staff are sooo good, awesome, and accommodating.

I was just surprised at how low the ceiling edge was for the mixed beds (I’m a bit claustrophobic)… but it’s a personal preference.

The location was amazing,and the staff is super friendly. The rooms look really nice,and the arhitecture of the building is amazing

The floors in the room are very, very cold in winter. Some flip-flops or slippers would be needed for guests in winter

Exceptional

The place is right in the center of the historical area. The facilities are good, heaters are functioning well in every room. Alex is super friendly & gave us a lot of tips on how to get around. Kitchen & Bathroom are clean too. The place is super homey. Highly recommended if you need a place to crash in cesky krumlov 😊

Because it is preserved that way, the road is stone-y makes those with big luggages hard to drag them around. But we still made it though, back and forth to the bus station, it should be a 15mins walk, with suitcase will be slower. However if you drive then it's not a problem. Or u can opt for taxi, around 7 euro one way

Excellent location, comfortable enough for the price

Excellent location right in the center of the old town. The price was very reasonable. The manager was extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience in Cesky Krumlov.

The rooms are a bit dingy and in need of some updates to make the stay more comfortable. It could be a truly incredible hostel with some minor renovations.

Nice place to stay on a budget

Great location just at the edge of main part of the town, a couple restaurants within minutes of walking, castle about 5 min walking away. Also free access to kitchen if one feels like cooking for themselves

WiFi was a bit spotty, at least in the part of the room where I was

Value for money in Krumlov

Excellent place. we stayed for 5 nights at Merlin. The hostel is located in the centre of the town and 15 mins walk from the bus station and 30 minutes walk from the train station. Perfect value for money. The kitchen is equipped to cook daily meals. The dorms are located on first floor and are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are two bathrooms on each of the two floors. There is a supermarket just outside the hostel. Alex was great host. the view from the common balcony is beautiful.
