Alles gut!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Das geräumige Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war gut und die Lage (direkt am Allersee) fanden wir sehr schön. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ebenfalls erwähnenswert.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Stadionbesuch in Wolfsburg

Modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück, nette Lage im Park bzw. am See, perfekt gelegen, um "nebenan" ein Eishockeyspiel zu besuchen (zum Fußball wäre es auch nicht viel weiter gewesen). Genau das, was ich für meinen kurzen Abstecher nach Wolfsburg gesucht hatte.

Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem einmaligen Blick auf den Allersee. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, frisch und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See iswt sehr schön.

Es tut mir leid, an der Stelle kann ich nichts schreiben, da alles sehr gut war.

Snelheid van barpersoneel. Ontbijt matige keuze en onpraktische opzet. Prijs cognac (29 € voor 4 cl!!!) in vergelijking met de andere prijzen overdreven hoog.

Tolles Hotel mit nicht ausgewogenem Restaurant!

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant ist nicht wirklich gut. Für den Preis würde ich etwas mehr Qualität erwarten. Manche Mitarbeiter des Personals im Restaurant sind nicht wirklich motiviert. Schade!

room was nice, spacious breakfast was good but the same variety every day

no slippers in the room no toothbrush/paste no smart TV, some channels were not active (CNN) no complimentary water, only 1 small bottle on first day payable parking fee for hotel guest :( smart TV very limited... could not log-in netflix

Top-Lage am Allersee - ruhige Atmosphäre - sehr gute Gastronomie - jederzeit gern wieder!

Das Zimmer ist optisch und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet; die Betten (in unserem Fall Einzelbetten) luxuriös breit und sehr bequem; außergewöhnlich gutes Toilettenpapier ; großzügige, leicht zu bedienende Dusche ; gutes Essen zu angemessenem Preis

beide Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer; die zu niedrige und flache Toilette ; für mich wäre - bei dieser Vielzahl von Kissen - ein flacheres zum orthopädisch besseren Schlafen wünschenswert.

Frühstück wurde 15 Minuten vor Ende der angegeben Frühstückszeit einfach abgeräumt, ohne jeglichen Kommentar oder Hinweis. Sehr unhöflich und unaufmerksam, schade bei dem Frühstückspreis und wenn man ausschlafen möchte

Immer wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt mit leichten Schwächen.

Die Lage ist einfach ganz wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und es macht Freude dort zu übernachten.

Das Personal im Restaurant und insbesondere auf der Terrasse ist leider nur mäßig freundlich… es dauert unfassbar lange bis man etwas bestellen kann. Bei Folgebestellungen dauerte es noch länger… ebenso beim Bezahlen… Das Personal machte sich insgesamt sehr rar.

Location was simply amazing

Too quiet at breakfast, some guests were whispering to each other. We were a little uncomfortable, staying with our children, as we were the only ones speaking normally.

Briliant hotel with bad restaurant

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Modern design in the rooms. There are free parking in front hotel, also ability order garage parking slot. The place were nice - near the water/lake, kids able to swim

Restaurant food and service. Food wasnt tasty, we tried bbq chicken and summer salmon bowl, sound good only in menu. We didnt able to order any simple food for kids (sausages). Service in restaurant wasnt good as well: we got others peoples drinks, we took from other table forks because we got the food plates without full set of tools, people from other tables helps to translate into german languages ..

Well situated for visiting VW Autostadt

We had a lovely stay in a modern suite with view of the lake. Friendly and patient concierge who came immediately and explained to us how the airco and blinds worked.

Everything about this hotel was above and beyond! The view over the lake, terrace and especially the food ! Selection of drinks was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice location and hotel. Just a few pointers that need to be adjusted.

Property was modern and location was good.

There was no Tv available in the room, the parking was very limited unless you wanted to pay €15 per night down in the basement. Food was expensive and not much choice.

Good value for the money.

I forgot my phone charger in the room, my request to send the charger to my home address was processed promptly for the expense of 10€ only.

The coffee machines at the lobby bar must work and the customers must be serviced until the end of the working time of the lobby bar. Shutting down the machines like 10-15 minutes before the end of the working time is not acceptable.

Clean modern hotel in a nice setting.

Modern clean hotel in a good location, a short walk to Autostadt and the city centre. The hotel is located in a park, and overlooks a lake which is pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. There is very limited free parking spaces outside the entrance, we were lucky and managed to park there throughout our stay.

Happy to visit the place again

- nice and helpful service (however not everyone were speaking good quality English), - location - beautiful area with lake and park and close to all the points we wanted to see (accessible with walk or bike), - not too croudy - more quests only during the weekend, - beautiful view from the room, - spacious room, - varied breakfast

- no wellness / SPA area in a hotel itself (there is separate Badeland nearby but you need to go to other building), - not much of vegetables for breakfast and scrambled eggs made of egg powder

My choice No 1 in Wolfsburg

Amazing location right on the lake shore with lots of different routes to walk around. Very close to the football arena if you are attending the match and a 15 minutes walk to the Autostadt, a place definitely worth visiting in Wolfsburg

The strange layout of the room with glass wall for the bathroom and a curtain outside of the toilet wall. Not an issue for a solo traveller who might want to look outside while showering but a weird one for the family with teenager

Fantastic place if you are traveling with dog and children. Really nice lake for walks and relaxing. Room was excellent. Will stay here again if we are visiting the region.

I got overcharged without a reason or an invoice detailing that extra credit charge.

I got charged some extra money into my bank account without any explanation or any invoice at all detailing that charge. Then I got a partial refund (again, with no explanation from the hotel as to what that refund was about). I am still waiting for the company to follow up on this issue and issue me with a full refund or a comprehensive explanation. That obviously tainted the whole experience I had. So I will not and can't provide any good reviews about this hotel or the company until this is resolved. Very unfortunate situation.
