Exceptional

. Friendly , felt immediately at home.nothing seemed too much trouble. Food good, a cozy family run place . Would love to stay there again.

Lovely welcoming traditional Kasbah, but don’t expect modern luxuries!

Lovely historical quiet Kasbah, with really friendly helpful service. Lots of interesting courtyards and rooms, nice pool area. Beautiful sunset. Nice breakfast by open fire.

Hard to find (don’t confuse with the mosque next door!). No heat in room, so a bit cold in January! Plumbing could do with some maintenance.

Amazing surprise awaits

Absolute surprise walking through the front doors into the beautiful property hidden behind them. Beautifully renovated and maintained kasbah. Rooms tastefully decorated and organised. Amazing breakfast was presented in the courtyard. Host was a wonderful person always with a smile on his face

Was a bit difficult to find, especially late at night. Needs better signage pointing to the somewhat hidden entrance

everything I had hoped it would, and a little bit more.

it is a very beautiful and characterful property with amazing furnishings, like from the pages of a magazine. it has an amazing swimming pool and the rooms are all beautiful with every amenity the guest requires, supplied. the staff were also absolutely fantastic. I was their only guest and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I loved my stay here.

you would need a car to get here. I had a hire car and so it was no problem. it is located some way out of the town. The location is very peaceful

Taroudant is a wonderful city, and staying on edge in a village was great fun. Kids loved the place.

Kasbah was beautiful inside. Really magical. The breakfast was fantastic in the shade of the courtyard and we had tea na pastries on our arrival. Recommended restaurant in town was superb, by the Medina wall.

we did surprise them with our arrival. I don't think it had been communicated to the staff from the owner in Belgium. Pool wasn't fully up and running, but I think we were one of their first guests, certainly the first when the temperature was good enough for swimming. My bed was very near the minaret next door!

Old renovated Kasba. very special place, atmosphere and experience. The location is a few km from Taroudant in a small village…

Excellent off the beaten track accommodation, high standard, unique experience.

What a place this is. We were the only guests in this huge and historic Kasbah, and we were made to feel so welcome. The host gave us a tour of the place, with some of its histories. The meals were in the dining room, superbly presented and with such professionalism too. The wood fire was lit, one for the romantics too. This is no ordinary place to stay, what an experience. Highly recommended if the norm is not your thing!

Safe House in Taroudant.

Perfect place with 2 amazing hosts! So friendly! Picture perfect at 2 km from the City. We did a couple of trips in the surroudings. High Atlas and little atlas and the stunning places where the berbers live. This place is worth a +10!

We loved it would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this very beautiful and atmospheric place, it was very dreamy and we were met by the friendliest of smiles and hospitality. Beautiful garden with the birds. Magical.

A unique experience

A classique 350 year old Kasbah still in the traditional style, being run by descendants of the original family. This is more a museum than a hotel/Auberge therefore one stays for the unique experience and ancient architecture.

An incredible experience. A real traditional kasbah. Elegance and beautiful. An aestetic vision of the beauty of Marocco. The owner will take care of you. I wouldn't leave this place!
