Located in Hallandale Beach, this lovely house for $199 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Spacious two bedrooms with king and two twins. Two full bathrooms. Open floor design for a comfortable and fun space to relax and enjoy good company. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Keyless entry to the house with a unique code for each stay. The house is within a mile from Gulfstream Park, which has a horse race track, casino, and outdoor shopping village. There are a variety of restaurants & bars there as well. It is only about 2 miles from the nearest beach as well as the popular Aventura Mall. The Aventura mall is one of the biggest and best in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area and has many popular stores such as Apple. There are also many restaurants there, as well as a high end gym called Equinox. The house is also very close to Hollywood, with its old Florida charm and its famous beach broadwalk. What a beautiful little retreat. I would definitely recommend. Beautifully simple and clean. Like others said when you first enter the neighborhood you might think it is sketchy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. There are several schools around, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, well mannered neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Great food places around, just a very short drive down to Hallandale beach. Couldn't ask for anything more!

An accurate reflection of the property - it was a little noisy in the neighbourhood the day we arrived , which apparently was unusual (but there was some music festival going on… it was only that first night and the rest of the time was very quiet). There was an infrequent but loud train rolling by which others had commented on as well. Kate was great to deal with and checked in to ensure we got in and whether there were any concerns/questions . For future , a little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the warm weather (coming from the cold north ) would be a nice addition

The home provided everything we needed for our stay in the Miami area. The kitchen was well stocked and the location to the racetrack can’t be beat! Communication with our hosts was excellent.

The property is located in a working class community. The fenced in area is clean and comfortable. There is an abundance of cats in the area. The front yard collects blowing roadside debris. Traffic can be heavy on Hallandale Beach Boulevard The home is bright and comfortable. It is well equipped with towels and toiletries as well as kitchen utensils. The home appears to receive a lot of guests from the wear on appliances everything worked except the broiler The home was swept and wiped down. The bathrooms were clean as were the towels and linens. However the white porcelain floor grout needs a deep professional cleaning and The floor is grimy around the edges. Overall we had a great time.

Conveniently located, only 15 min drive from Fort Lauderdale airport,in a quiet neighborhood, 2 miles drive to the beach, all the great restaurants on the waterways, famous Hollywood beech Broadwalk where you can do all the summer activities you can just imagine. Beautiful beeches, entertainment at night, and much more. House is super clean, and has everything that you need for a short, or longer stay. You will definitely need a car to move around. Check in was easy, and the owner is very friendly, and helpful in case you need something.

Along with comfortable beds, the luxury towels were an added bonus. Fridge/pantry had plenty of condiments and spices to help reduce cost of groceries. The neighborhood was a little run down, but we felt safe and the interior was very clean. There isn’t a lot of space in the kitchen or living room for family games, but if that isn’t a need, then no worries. Good location in regards to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while working in the area. My wife and kids came down one weekend as well. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge help. I can’t speak too much to the area, I was working everyday, I think I saw the house three times while the sun was up, and when the family came down, we went to the keys. The neighbors are nice and friendly and Kate was an excellent host. It was evident she had full intention to ensure I had an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

The house was provided with lots of utensils, the kitchen is big enough and has 6 seats. The owners also provided us with towels, chairs and an umbrella to go to the beach! When we arrived the house was very clean. The location itself is very good and close to the beach. Overall this stay was amazing it provided us with everything we might need. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Driving to property and locating it was a breeze. Check in was uneventful and the property is exact in its description. Train tracks located nearby. Cargo trains and passenger trains are noticeably noisy but it’s not a property you hang around at during the day therefore it won’t effect you much. The property has all the comforts of home to sleep and eat while the location allows you to go out during the day and hit the beach. Would recommend.

We stayed for the entire month of February 2022 at the property in Hallandale Beach in Florida. The property was perfect for us and our dog. The location was easy to find in a nice neighborhood with off street parking with our own private fenced in yard. The apartment was really clean and very comfortable inside. The kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped with all standard sized modern tv / appliances. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were comfortable and private. The location was great with easy drives to the board walk, the dog beach, etc. and just a short ride to Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Tons of grocery stores, local restaurants shopping plazas and Casinos just a short ride away. Kate and Pedro were awesome hosts, giving us ideas or help whenever we needed. We loved it!!!
